His car was spotted by people who saw the alert and saw the little girl and they surrounded him when they stopped to buy gas, thats when the Police Rushed in and arrested him. San Francisco Police are opening up about an officer involved shooting. We are seeing newly released body camera video. The video shows the suspect with a glass bottle attacking two officers moments after he fired. Jamaica hampton will be arranged on multiple charges, Surveillance Video from a nearby store shows jamaica hampton charging a police car when they arrived. There was a fight and then officers used pepper spray but it appeared to be infective. Then an officer fired six rounds at hampton. Then when he got up the officer fired one more round at hampton. Community members were upset after watching the videos and criticized the officers deescalation tactics. You had a gun and you shot him over and over again. He lost his life. You tore him down. The police chief told the audience that multiple reviews are underway, the District Attorney is taking the lead on whether or not the use of force was justified and legal. A federal bankruptcy judge has approved two settlements against pg e, the judge approved 11 billion to Insurance Companies who pay claims to fire victims, a second settlement is mept to compensate wild fire victims, the governor does not have to approve the deal for the company to emerge from bankruptcy. Now the same judge ruled that the bankruptcy filing no longer protects it from being sued by the victims families of the ghost ship warehouse fire, they can sue in state court and any money they receive will come from the companys insurance policies. The lawsuit also names the city of oakland claiming that they bear responsibility for the fire. The case is scheduled to begin in may. Six people are under a federal indictment accused of fraud for claiming that their homes were destroyed in the camp fire. All six claimed that their homes in paradise were destroyed. Prosecutors said that all six lived in other communities. The defendants received 50,000 in reimbursments from fema. The San Jose Police department is facing a federal lawsuit after an officer is accused of using his patrol car to run down a man on a bike, the man was riding his bike last week when he said that the officer pulled alongside him and started screaming and cursing. Now the officer said he told gone the man to pull over. According to the claim, the officer drove on to the sidewalk and hit him head on. He sped up and just hit me, he did not try to brake or slow down, he sped up and hit me, two seconds before i thought i was going to die. The man suffered a concussion and back pain and a knee injury and he was arrested for disobeying on officer and resisting arrest, the city said they take all claims of Excessive Force seriously. A settlement was approved in san jose for a woman who said a Police Officer raped her in 2013, the officer said the sex was consensual. Two kribl trials ended in hung juries, the Police Officer was fired in 2015 and the settlement was approved yesterday by the city council, the city does not admit any liability for what happened. Dna has been credited for helping to solve a cold case dating back to 1982, Jeffrey Flores atup and Mary Jane Malatag were killed. Investigators said a man named Clifton Hudspeth was their killer, it was based on dna for the mans remains. We try to headache sure that we have a selection of canned goods from food drives but also i am making sure that people have some basics like cooking oil and produce which is super important to families at this time of year, fresh produce. Then you have a holiday meal coming up as you did for thanksgiving and christmas. This is for a lot of families, this is about groceries.
