Reporter we are on hargis avenue right outside of alejo. You can see there is a lot of Police Activity behind us. Sheriffs deputies are here investigating after two men were found dead and one woman was found dead. This happened just after midnight and unincorporated vallejo. The Solano County Sheriffs Office says of alejo Police Department responded to a call about a quote heated altercation on hargis. When the police got there, a woman had a head injury. She was taken to local hospital to be treated and she is expected to be okay. The man died from injuries who was in the fight. A second man was also found dead. Both men died from gunshot wounds according to the Sheriffs Office. Three people were all found within 100 feet of each other. The fight seem to have fight started inside of a home and continued outside. There are three different locations on hargis avenue. Investigators at a gun on scene and they are collecting evidence and what they call a double homicide. Neighbors should not be worried. There is no further reason for the public to be aware. We believe the parties involved are unseen, we just want to let the Community Know we will be out here for a while investigating. Jurors shortly before midnight, a wrong way driver crashed into another car on eastbound interstate 80 near the appian way exit. People died on the scene. Suspected of stealing a car in san jose and then leading police on a chase that finally ended with a standoff, a house on fire, the suspect being rescued by firefighters. The Police Say Rodriguez barricaded himself in that burning home near coyote creek. Near 4 00 pm between lewis and center roads, the audit task force was trying to stop a stolen car. Rodriguez jumped out of the car, started bremen, try to hide in the home on Santee River Court where people were inside. The homeowner escape, and just before 6 pm, the house caught fire. We started our fire attack and we were able to find one person inside of the home and bring him out. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment. I was really surprised that the Police Department was looking for a suspect. Rodriguez was treated at a Trauma Center with major burns. He will be booked into the county jail. He is also facing a 25 dose 25,000 only work for burglary. The investigation continues. Happening today, the San Francisco Police Department will hold a Community Meeting focused on a recent officer involved shooting. 10 days ago, officers responded to reports of a man trying to break into home the 23rd admission. When officers arrived, police say the man attacked them and broke a bottle over one officers head. The suspect was shot several times and was treated for life threatening injuries, but he is expected to survive. A meeting to discuss what happened will start at 6 pm tonight at Cesar Chavez Elementary School in the district. A san jose man accused of trying to kill his ex girlfriend and kidnap their two yearold daughter was arrested after Good Samaritans surrounded them and recognized him from an amber alert. Victor magana was captured in st. Louis county in the small town of cambria 100 80 miles south of san jose. Is also a cell phone video shows a group of men surrounding him at a gas station after recognizing him as a wanted man. There was a shooting that started just after midnight on hargis avenue near east orchard avenue. Police and deputies arrived on the scene and found two men who had been shot to death, and a woman with a head injury. She is in the hospital and is expected to be okay. Deputies say the situation is contained now and there was no need for a search for suspect. They will be in the neighborhood for a while investigating. We do see some slowing between san martin and morgan hill in northbound 101. We already have some slow traffic. That is where that center is expected to open later this month. Reporter good morning. The mayor will lead a tour of that new Navigation Center. Lets leave that there. This is at bill and bryant street. It will house about 200 beds. It is located in the parking lot at the embarcadero neighborhood. The goal is to try to alleviate the problem of homelessness in that neighborhood of embarcadero. The mayor has faced stiff opposition about people who are concerned about crime and other issues. They have spent a quarter Million Dollars trying to stop the construction of that center and court. Her concerns were heightened after this video was widely shared. It showed a man attacking a woman who lives in the neighborhood. The man claimed he was trying to save the woman from robots. They said that he was homeless although he was not connected to the Navigation Center. There are concerns and criticisms of People Living in that area. In order to address some of those safety concerns, San Francisco police say they will have an extra Police Presence in the area in a two block radius around that new Navigation Center for the foreseeable future. The house is expected to end a freezing bill that would end research from engaging in advocacy on gun related issues. If passed, the new bill would provide 25 million for gun violence research.
