Numerous Health Threats such as norovirus must be considered as well as security for the residence on board. The ship must be permanently hooked up to shore power, and sewage. As well as regular, if not daily garbage service. In 2005 they released three Carnival Cruise ships to house 5000s displaced recovery workers and people. It is not an easy problem to deal with. Reporter next year alone seven brandnew mega ships capable of handling the total of 30,000 passengers will join the already existing 314 ships to have a total capacity of 537,000 passengers at any one time. Based shot video this morning, the High Surf Advisory starts tomorrow and ends early saturday morning. Waves could be up to 22 feet tall, so, obviously be careful if you had to the beach. Those are some serious waves. Yeah, really had a january vibe to it, like middle of winter, and still not quite winter. Kind of drizzly all day, cloudy and cool. There is a lot of swell, and it is out of the westford and when these west swells come in, they are coming from the west, but they have a tendency to really get big because our coast faces a little bit south, and faces a little bit north and that is part of it. So when it comes from the due west it goes perpendicular to the coast and waves become bigger. The next couple of days, because it really likes the west to east swell. The winds are little goofy, there might be some gusts out there tomorrow, men and women out there tomorrow. The winds are not quite right for that place. It is a large swell nonetheless. Probably tomorrow morning, you notice the low clouds and what have you. Tomorrow morning same texture you had this morning, i am thinking less scattered showers tomorrow, but you see today, very much like today. A damp flow, later in the day you see some drops really come in. Its just a damp flow that continues. None of it is well organized, and none of it is monumental. This pattern keeps flushing it in. Those are the dynamics of their grade you get around that thing, you get the wind, dynamic. To really get the rain to come out. This is just sort of a damp flow coming in from oregon or to seattle all the way south to monterey. The snow levels are running high, too. It is a milder pattern. The chances of a shower on thursday continue, here is some more information in regards to the next couple of days into the weekend.
