The shooting victims are being mourned throughout the Santa Clarita community. Parents held this candle light vigil. A former student is planning an even bigger vigil this coming sunday night. This morning we know that the sagas High School Shooting happened in just 16 seconds and two teenagers were killed. We also know it was a shooting suspects 16th birthday. Investigators believe he acted alone. Its a scene thats become all too familiar across the country. Children forced to evacuate grounds. This time it happened sagas hi within t units and encountered multiple victims with gunshot wounds. Detectives have rescene whic clearly show the subject in the quad withdraw a handgun from his backpack, shoot and wound 5 people and then shoot himself in the head. I heard like two or three shots and i saw everyone running out. It sounded like a really big balloon pop. Were also hearing from students who helped their classmates. After a dressed that one she said she thinks she had been shot as well. I just heard from my husband that shes stable and shes going to be okay. And were learning now three offduty First Responders were at the school at the time of the shooting. They heard the gunfire and ran towards the chaos.
