Yeah, good morning. Protesters are upset over School Closures also Charter Schools and the way they say they were treated by police at the last meeting. Heres some video from last night. A large crowd some with the Group Oakland not for sale packed the school Board Meeting wednesday night chanting, singing. Theyre upset over the boards decision to close Kaiser Elementary School and move those students four miles away. This was the first Public Meeting since parents and Police Clashed in october over School Closures. One woman showed up wearing crutches. She said several parents were hurt and they plan to sue the district. The School District and District Police chief said wednesday night they plan to review the officers actions. How violent could we be with our children present and our song sheets and ou guitars. They showed up with 20 cops, metal batons and metal barricades. We will be looking at the Police Department and the role they play and how best to use them. A vandalism spree overnight in American Canyon left more than a dozen cars with smashed windows and covered in paint and police hope security video will help catch the criminals. It happened late tuesday night in American Canyon on several streets on the citys west side. There are at least 13 reports for police so far. They didnt steal anything. A judge in the previous lawsuit refused to block building that 200 bed shelter at the embarcadero and bryant. A hearing in the current lawsuit is scheduled to begin at 9 30 this morning. An angry football fan is facing a felony vandalism charge after police say he pulled off the face mask at the joe montana statue.
