Because of what happened on thursday, they made some changes to the agenda they will start with a moment of silence for the victims, the five who were killed in the halloween night shooting and then they will talk about possible changes but in the meantime, there is a vigil that is planned at 6 00 tonight at this memorial near orinda theater square to honor the five people who were killed. People have been leaving behind flowers, candles, and personal messages. We have seen a lot of people passing by and stopping to take a moment to look at the photos and look at the notes. The men and women who died on thursday, halloween night, range in age from 19 to 29 years old and they were among 100 attending what was billed on social media as a hollowing mansion party. It was before 11 00 that night and the party was a full of people and someone started shooting. Five people died from gunshot wounds and several others were injured.
