Watch out for the stretch of highway heading on 101. See some of the fog. And again its just a slight onshore flow. So its not dramatic. Its not going to change things dramatically for us other than we have patchy fog this morning. High pressure is very much in control and you see it here. So today, we are going to see warm temperatures yet again a little warmer than yesterday at the coast we will be in the low 70s and the we will see mid70s in the bay and about 80s if you go into the inland pockets like santa rosa and concourt getting up to the 80s. It was just before 11 a party at an airbnb billed as a halloween mansion party. It was advertised on social media about 100 people from around the bay area were attending. And investigators have not said what propertyed the gunfire. How it started and who was responsible and so far police have not made any arrests t the scene when the gunfire rang out including the dj at the party. Injuries at the hospital. And several other people were hurt. Now in response, the c etch o of airbnb says the company is taking steps to crackdown on so called party house rentals. It is 78 contained. It should be fully contained by late thursday. Four firefighters have been hurt, 74 homes have been destroyed as well as 200 businesses and other buildings. Sonoma county is opening an Assistance Center for those affected by the kincade fire at the Healdsburg Community sent antidoors open at 10 this morning. Theres information from state and local officials about help with housing, food and employment and insurance. The center will be opened from 10 a. M. To 7 p. M. At least through wednesday night. Sonoma county office of education says most schools in the county will begin starring today. But all schools in the healdsburg and march quest Unified School District will remain closed today and tomorrow. The decisions will be made later if class also resume on wednesday. And this morning we are getting a rare look at fire helicopter, you can see how intense the flames are. Ventura firefighters were using helicopters at nighle the flames. Most of the damage is on the outside of the home. Flames did not burn anything inside. And there are no reports of any injuries. But so far firefighters have not said how that fire may have started. New this morning, firefighters are claiming cleaning up after a vegetation fire burned close to homes in fremont. That fire started shortly after 5 30 this morning east of mission boulevard and burnedthree acres no reports of major damage. You can see how close it got to the house there. No word on how the fire started. Its 33. Today, Sonoma County is opening an Assistance Center for victims of the kincade fire in healdsburg and anybody who may need help thats where you should turn. Starting at 10 th morning it will open for all residents impact by the kinkaid fire and its one shop for a variety of resources. We understand that people can pick up kits with information and protective equipment to return safely to their property. Sonoma county agencies will be on hand answers questions like the permitting process for recovery and rebuilding. And theres going to be help from state agencies and nonprofits when it comes to housing, food, and employment and insurance among other things. So theres going to be also some panic translators on sight. They wanted to make it public regardless of the immigration status come get your help. They they want to make sure its available to everyone impacted by the kinkaid fire and there are thousands who were evacuated from the home and a a lot of people who may be displaced if the homes burned down.
