His hot water heater is electric. It is extremely frustrating. I certainly feel for everyone impacted by the fires. That is the first priority, but the second priority is obviously the power we need to live and exist. Reporter is uncertainty is felt by hundreds of thousands of pg e customers across the bay area, not sure when there power will be restored or from how long before the next wave of shutoffs. You can see a couple of pictures on the slides. They very wires down, pulled down, trees into our facilities. Reporter on monday, the utility showed damage from saturdays strong winds. 50 cases reported. That damage tampering pg es efforts to fully restore power. One can say well, millions of people impacted from 50 instances of damage, the thing we have to keep in mind that any one incident can be a catastrophic wildfire. Reporter pg e expects another high wind event tuesday, prompting another round of shutoffs affecting up to 600,000 customers. That is definitely not good. Now the latest on the kincaid fire at a briefing this evening, cal fire said that fire has now burned 74,000 acres. There is some good news, calmer winds today allowed firefighters to increase containment from 5 up to 15 . So far, cal fire says 123 structures have been destroyed, 57 of those were homes. Nearly 90,000 other structures are still in danger. Some of those in lake county are now being warned that they may have to evacuate. People living in middletown and their twin pine casino are saying they should be ready just in case they have to leave. As the winds continue to change and get into that red flag warning northeast flow, it is going to increase that fire behavior levels that we saw when this fire initially began. That includes healdsburg and windsor. The blue zone is where the mandatory evacuations were lifted today.
