The explosion at the new star Energy Storage facility was caught on a cell phone video, the top of a storage tank torn off and thrown up in the airplane. The fear sent thick black smoke into the sky. Concern over bad air forced county, fire and Health Officials ordered people to shelter in place. New star is based in san antonio. In a statement the company said there are two impacted tanks holding low volumes of ethanol. All personnel are safe and accounted for.
