And there was this collision that was very violent and four people have died at the scene. The freeway is shut down. Northbound 101 approaching the 280 interchange and it looks like its still in the stages where they will not be able to let cars through. If you are thinking about getting into San Francisco, the best way to do it would be to use to 80. 280 will get you around the problem, pass that issue and do this. You cant drive on northbound 101 of the peninsula and drive to San Francisco because it will be shut down right before the 280 interchange. This is closed but if youre driving this way, this will be available for you. And its going to be a major issue for the morning commute. We will let you know more about it. We have some slowing here and there approaching the Altamont Pass but the rest of the east bay commute looks good all the way out to san leandro, Castro Valley in hayward. Everything from prescriptions to lifechanging medical conditions to private family matters. Somebody needs to be accountable for this. Reporter she says she called the lawyers listed on some of the files but explained they did not seem concerned. All the files we identified traced back to this San Franciscobased law firm. But one of their attorneys told us nothing was being disclosed and most people dont go digging around at the dump. I just go, ouch. It makes me flinch. Why would a lawyer do that . Somebody is not stopping to think it through. Reporter Richard Zitrin has been an attorney for decades and lectures about legal ethics at uc hastings. He says the law is clear. Everyone, especially lawyers, are required to protect the privacy of any california resident. If you think it through and you understand the sensitivity of particularly medical information, no lawyer would fail to destroy those files by shredding or other appropriate means. Reporter that shredding never happen. We found at least eight civil cases were boxed and abandoned. The law requires private information stay private and personal details should be unreadable. The woman driving the volkswagen is described as being between 30 and 40 years old. The cab driver described as a man in his 60s. The two other victims were a male and female passenger in the taxi, all were pronounced dead
