Above it, you can see all the smoke damage. A woman who neighbors say was in her early 20s, her father, and their family dog were all trapped inside when this fire broke out. Firefighters were able to go into the burning building. They brought the two people out and paramedics performed cpr. The dog also died. The neighbor says he woke up to hear his dogs barking and looked out his window and saw flames coming from the neighbors house. That is when he, his son, and another neighbor ran outside to help the familiarly. My son came out and we ran to try to get the daughter out because she was screaming, dad. I just heard her say it once. I was screaming camilla come out. Come out through the back door. I went to the back door and hopped over the fence. The door was warm. The neighbor said he went on to try and break one of the back windows of the house but that he had to back away from it when hot smoke started pouring out. Firefighters were able to go inside and pull out the father and daughter. The woman died from her injuries at the hospital according to fire spokesman persons. Neighbors describe the family as great neighbor. A good family. The woman had started law school this past fall here in the city and that the mother had passed away from cancer a few years ago. This morning, Fire Department investigators will start their work trying to determine how this fire started and that is why earlier this morning the firenighters this to are move debris out of the home so investigators could go in and determine the cause of the fire. A San Francisco woman is dead. Another person is in the hospital after an overnight house fire near balboa park. Neighbors say the unidentified woman was in her early 20s. She was trapped inside the burning home with her father and her family dog. Firefighters pulled them out of the Burning House and paramedics performed cpr, but the woman later died at the hospital. For years, california has set it own emission standards that are stricter than those required by the federal government. The epa is expected to announce it will revoke that waiver saying only the federal government has the power to regulate Greenhouse Gas emissions and fuel economy. They want to establish one set of standards. The move also follows a deal california will make with four auto makers requiring them to make cars that pollute less and emit fewer Greenhouse Gases through model year 2026. It was launched last night in fremont and purchased with a 125,000 grant from alameda county. A 16yearold aspiring eagle scout also raised 1500 for the project. And he made 250 personal hygiene kits for the homeless. Im trying to inspire other scouts in the community to do a project similar they can have the same impact.
