He had direction not to discuss the case with anyone. Ktvu never made contact or tried to approach any jury. Its unusual to lose three jurors in one sitting. Usually its one at a time. Maybe two. That begs the question, what went on here . Did they talk to somebody in the news media . They did read something or watch something . I assume they started to discuss it in from of other jurors and one or more of those jurors reported it to the bailiff who reported it to the judge. With three alternate jurors in the mixing the past 10 days of deliberations are now thrown out. The jury must begin deliberations all over again as they try to retch a verdict for almena and harris beau charged with 36 counts of manslaughter this the ghost ship fire. The man accused of attacking a woman at her san tran condo building is facing new charges this second case and due in court today. 25 year old Austin Vincent faced a judge in connection with the attack august 11th captured by surveillance cameras in the lobby. He turned himself this on new allegations. Police say after his airs, and reless from custody last week, another woman came forward saying he threatened her with a knife in february. We monitored mr. Vincent, we knew he was in a Treatment Program with a gps monitor and knew his location. We spoke with the public defender. There was an agreement mr. Vincent would turn himself in.
