I could see right down the barrel. He did a pull the trigger motion. I was 35 feet away. It couldnt have been 40 seconds after that i saw the car. It was making a u turn. Reporter police have not confirmed the condition of the suspect. Investigators are busy collecting evidence. No officers were hurt. Police say that mission boulevard will be closed down between industrial and tennyson for the next several hours. The officer had pulled over a pickup truck off the 215 freeway yesterday. Investigators say that the driver went back to his truck, grabbed a rifle and started shooting. The officer was able to raid yes radio for help. Moy was killed and two others were injured. Riverside county sheriff and police also responded to the call for help and they shut down the freeway. The two injured officers and the suspect were all transported to the hospital and thats where the gunman was pronounced dead. Dozens of officers from different agencies gathered outside the hospital. At last check one of the injured officer is in critical condition. The others being treated for less serious injuries. Investigators say that it could take days to go through all of the radio transmissions and body camera video to create a detailed timeline of what happened.
