Reporter the instructor and student borrowed the helicopter they were using from another company at the airport but the chopper is one that is used for training flights. Of the equipment that needs to be replaced, 16 is in the bay area. Here is part of a breakdown, pg e found 2511 incidents of broken or damaged equipment, 855 pieces of decade or rotten equipment, 36 incidents of cotwo different categories.
