It happened overnight on highway 101, speeds reportedly reaching 110 miles per hour. And ktvus cristina rendon, live at the san jose mineta airport, where some of this chase happened as well. Tell us more about what happened, christina . Reporter well, good morning to you, pam. A lot of people we have been speaking to. Were showing them this video. They cant believe what happened. When you look at that video. That car was not going the speed limit here at terminal a, mineta san jose. Take a look at the video again. [ sirens ] the car doesnt even slow down, when it hits a speed bump, driving right through terminal a here at san jose minet a. Then it bottomed out, kept going. Did not slow down at all. This video was taken around midnight. And a witness says the car was driving erratically, over speed bumps. Thankfully, the airport had low traffic. So no one was hurt here. Then it apparently kept going. We mapped it out. And its about 6 1 2 miles here to where the crash ended. We believe this may have started on northbound 101. The chp says they were notified of the pursuit in 101. After a car failed to yield. And its unclear how many people were inside that car. But the Sheriffs Office believes the car was stolen. It reportedly crashed near derose. At least one the suspects tried in e car. Went inside of a home. And we believe a canine ended up biting a suspect. There was a video of a person being put on a stretcher and into an ambulance. Its unclear it that person is okay this morning. Their condition is unknown. We have reached out to the santa clara Sheriffs Office. Theyre the leion. They say theyre working getting us more information. All they was a stolen car. Right in the parking lot of the legion of honor. It is a silver bmw. Police say a tourist saw the car burglars. Took photos of them as they were breaking into cars in the Museum Parking lot. The suspect then jumped into the bmw. Rammed the tourist with the car, causing a severe head injury. The police are checking the photos on the victims camera to see if they will help identify the suspects. The city of San Francisco is hit with a lawsuit over navigation for the homeless. Along the embarcadero. Now, the city plans to build that Navigation Center at the base of briat street. The board of supervisors approved leasing the fencedin property from the port commission. Critics call themselves the safe embarcadero. They say that it will draw more homeless to the waterfront. They also claim that the port wont get favor market value from leasing the land. Today Santa Clara County Sheriffs Office tried to pull the man over suspect took off. It reportedly crashed near the southwest expressway.
