Detectives were able to check out some Surveillance Video, they say it showed a car driving southbound on richmond avenue, a man gets out of the car. On video, you can see he opened fire to another person. That is when that victim tried to hide and jump over the fence. At this hour, the victim has not come forward and has not been found, the suspect remains at large. It is unnerving, if you are in bed, and you hear those shots, these bullets could come through the walls and hit me while i am asleep. I dont know what happened, but it is unnerving, living up the street, seven houses from shooting, twice in 2 years, it is strange.
