The director at the General Hospital says he sees as many as 12 fentanyl overdose cases every day. One drug user we talked to said hes concerned about getting cocaine that has been laced with fentanyl. You dont know what is good. What is not. What is high potency. You dont know until its too late. A man convicted of using forced labor in the south bay and imprisoning workers at a construction site is due to be sentenced today. Authorities say that jobe hernandez lured workers to mexico for what was called silvery towers. The workers claimed hernandez made them live inside of shipping containers that had no running water. Also, he claims he never paid them. In 2017, several workers were rescued during an fbi raid. The Santa Clara County Wage Theft Coalition says one out of every six construction workers is now a victim of wage theft. Modernday slavery, still exists. Now we are seeing video of the two brothers accused in a stage attack against tv Actor Jussie Smollett. Police in chicago released this Surveillance Video of two men in the back of a taxi. It was part of a huge public records disclosure. Jussie smollett said to pretend to beat him up while yelling homophobic slurs. The Chicago Police Department Also released this, video from a Police Officers body camera, showing the star of empire with a noose around his neck, after the alleged attack. Jussie smollett claimed he had just been assaulted. That he kept the moose noose around his neck to show the police when they arrived. Investigators later said that incident was staged by the actor. A closed San Francisco Movie Theater is being transformed now into a Swimming Pool complex. The alexandria theater on gary boulevard, closed 15 years ago. Well, since then, its been empty.
