He found a laptop where child pornography videos and images were being stored. This licensed attorney and practice law out of his home, was arrested and booked at the county jail on child porn charges. Police said if you have any information on either of the suspects, lease contact the special victims unit. Dozens of berkeley residents remain without water following a water main break. Reporter she is a single mother, a registered dental assistant and is active in her church. Back in june, things were looking good. She was planning to move and had taken on a temporary position but she started to have pain in her lower right side. Doctors could not figure out what was causing it. He kept running tests and telling me everything was normal. During that time it was very painful for me. Reporter she leaned on her friends from church and her family but the pain got worse. Reporter i went to the emergency room and they did a ct scan and ran more tests. They told me that everything was fine. Maybe i had an ulcer. Ever going to refer me to a specialist. My test results came back normal. The ct came back fine. It was frustrating. I knew something was wrong but they kept telling me everything was okay. Reporter and then one day when the pain was once again unbearable i went to the emergency room. The same one i originally went to and a doctor rushed in and basically let me know that the night i came in, the radiologist was not on. The person that reads the ct scan. They sent my ct out to another hospital and it was misread. They basically let me know they had to rush me into emergency surgery because my appendix was on the verge of bursting. I was terrified. I have never been under the knife or had surgery. Reporter the surgery went well but recovery took time and her temporary job did not provide six time sick time or disability. During this time it was very difficult. I am a single mom. Im the only one that provides for me and my son. I did not have any income coming in. I remember coming to the point where i was very stressed out, wondering how i will pay the rent and get bills paid. Reporter she went by the Welfare Office but was told even in her desperate situation, she did not qualify for government help. But the man helping her did not give up. He laughed. I remember sitting at the desk. He came back and told me i have good news and he told me about season of sharing. Reporter she said shed never heard of the season of sharing fund. The fund was started in 1986 to help families in crisis with housing and emergency needs. She filled out the paperwork and waited for a call. I never got the phone call. When i did not get the call i was thinking, okay, i was not approved. Then i really started stressing out and rent was almost do and i did not know what i was going to do.
