Firefighters cant get an accurate count of how many homes have been destroyed in the wildfires burning in Southern California right now. Here you see the remnants of a home that could not be saved. We know that fire crews from the bay area are helping their brothers and sisters in the southland. It is different stating situation all too familiar to us in the bay area. Early similar, not only the video that we have been broadcasting but the images were starting to see in the newspapers. Also what we learned from the fires in the north bay, what firefighters learned, hopefully they are putting it towards the fires burning in Southern California. The 405, l. A. s busiest freeway, was closed between the 10 and the 101. That would be like closing the bay bridge for hours. It is one of the huge work horses of the area. They closed it. This shows you the four major wildfires bushing in Southern California right now. The newest fire is near ucla and the getty museum in los angeles. That start this had morning. There are two other fires, the creek and the rye fire burning in los angeles county. Also the thomas fire is burning in ventura county. We were reporting on that throughout mornings on 2 yesterday. Crews are battling the skirball fire. It broke out across the street from the getty center. The fire started at 6 acres and has quickly grown to at least 50 acres. Fire Officials Say the fire is moving uphill on the east side of the freeway. At this point, crews are setting up on the southbound side of 405 in hopes of preventing the fire from jumping the freeway. The thomas fire is the biggest of all. It has burned 100 square ills in ventura county. Hundreds of homes have burned but they wont be able to count the number until they control of the flames. Right now zero containment. The fire burned into the city of ventura yesterday and residents have been evacuated. Winds are pushing them west towards more neighbors. There are no reports of any deaths or serious injuries but the thomas fire could continue to one for several days. 55 miles away in los angeles county, the creek fire is threatening hundreds of homes. It has destroyed at least 30 homes in the northern san fernando valley. Two firefighters have been hurt battling the flames. More than 100,000 people have been forced out of their homes. 12 miles north to of the creek fire, the rye fire is threatening hundreds of homes. The rye fire in Santa Clarita is only 5 contained and has burned 7,000 acres. At one point it shut down interstate 5 near Magic Mountain amusement park. Right now no serious injuried. President trump tweeted about the wildfires an hour ago saying, our thoughts and prayers are with everyone in the path of californias wildfires. I encourage everyone to heed the advice and orders of local and state officials. Thank you to all First Responders for your incredible work. Ktvus Cristina Rendon is live along the fire lines of the thomas fire in ventura county. Christina, what are you seeing right now . Reporter well, we can tell you that were right off of highway 33 in ventura county. Ill step out of the way immediately. This man has been doing the bulk of the work here where we are. He lives across the highway. And he is really concerned about the fire jumping the highway and heading down to the homes where he lives. You will see the fire already along the ridge up there. It has intensified within the last half hour here. Thats why he is doing his best to kind of spray down all of the debris here within the last, maybe, 15 minutes, we heard loud crackles, crashes. We can only assume they are trees collapsing in the area. This is the thomas fire or part of it where it also jumped on the other side of the ridge across highway 101. We did talk to this man a few minutes ago. This is what he had to say. Im sort of protecting my own home right now. Im just trying to keep this fire line over here across the street because if it goes across the street over there, im afraid that its going to go right down the river and get to my place. Reporter and theres another live image of him as he is working. There are a few other neighbors in the area that just showed up with another water hose. Theyre able to connect it to a faucet here on the campgrounds. We will pan over. The firefighters just showed up. They noticed what was going on the ridge. They saw him with his hose. Cal fire just showed up. It looks like the fire crews are from the modesto area. They will be helping out this gentleman as he works alone in this fire fight for the thomas fire. 6500 aches so far. No containment. Thousands of residents evacuated. It is men like this, women who are taking it upon themselves to try to save parts of the ridge and save areas and homes to make sure that it doesnt spread and continue its destruction. Guys. Cristina rendon in ventura county, thank you. With the Southern California wildfires burning out of control, many people are making comparison to the devastating north bay fires that happened less than two months ago. The images into were seeing from ventura and l. A. County, it can be difficult for fire victims to see. This is creating new trauma for fire victims more than 400 miles away. Reporter carmens burger bar sits in a strip mall with leveled neighborhoods all around. Sports not fire coverage on tv here. No demand to watch a disaster among people who just lived one. I use today look at it and think it happens to someone else who lived in the wilderness or something. But it is clearly not that anymore. Reporter this couple lost their home in the tubbs fire. The similarities so clear. Ferocious winds, little warning, escaping in the night with their lives, with firefighters helpless to stop an inferno from taking homes. It looks exactly the same. Not as populated but it is spreading so fast. There doesnt seem to be many fire breaks around the area. It is scary. You dont feel safe anywhere. Reporter agencies helping north bay victims heal is seeing feelings reemerge. It brought back all of the feelings of oh my gosh, what is happening, how did this happen. Are we safe . Are they safe . Directly across, it made it unscathed. Similar sights and smells can trigger it and they relive it. Reporter the burn zones are in different stages of recovery. Some lots scraped, others untouched. But the emotional recovery is harder to measure. Having gone through this ourselves, it is painful to watch and to know that they had a horrific night like we did that first night. Were all californians. Were all in this together and just really sad it is happening during the holidays. All right. Joining us now is mark nevo, a former battalion chief and former fema coordinator. Early similar from what we saw in october to what they are experiencing down south. And also in regards to the resources. I remember how important it was for everyone down south jumping on the 5 and getting up here to help us out. Now it is the reverse. Yes. The interesting part is the winds. When we were up in the north bay, we were dealing with 45 Miles Per Hour winds. What we were hearing yesterday were 75 Miles Per Hour winds. We were talking about 35, 40 flame lengths traveling 80 yards per minute. Magnify that to 70 Miles Per Hour winds. The winds have died down but that is a concern and theyre trying to get resources down but they have to prioritize what fires to go after. They dont have enough resources to do all of them right now. When it comes to resources, do you think that this event and the event in Northern California will make planners say this is the new normal . We have to have more resources because these things will happen . Its kind of a twosided debate. We were talking about this last night on the tell cast telecast. People want to be in the rural area. That creates a demand when the fires start like this. That is a question. It is also a matter of money. How much can municipalities, can the state afford to pay for police and Fire Protection . At a certain point you have to make a determination, this is what we can afford. We cant staff for all of the fires like this. It is too cost prohibitive. If i made a lets bring it back to the bay area. If i say i dont want my home to go up in a fire. Im going to pick an urban city like santa rosa. There is no safe place anymore. Is that true. Yes. We have santa ana winds blowing from inland out which typically the winds come from oceanside in. When they come santa ana, it is high velocity, low humidity. The fire is burning to the ocean. That is the only thing that is stop thanksgiving. We have the diablo winds, they have santa ana winds down there. When it comes to the fire fight, what does it mean for the air attack . These pilots are getting down to 100 feet and trying to drop water. I saw footage where they actually showed air ons going on at night. Which is very, very rare. That typically does not happen. Typically not at night because you cant fly safely and the winds. These folks are very talented. They will get up there. They are dedicated to what they are doing that. Cal fire, they control that. There is a control tower in the sky with a spotter plane and theyre directing air traffic not only over one fire but all of the fires. Do you think that is someone looking for volunteers to do this . If theyre ordered to fly, they find a pilot to fly at night . Have they trained at night. Great question. What is good about it is when fema gets involved, they provide what is known as a Fire Management assistance grant. And the sooner they can do that, that provides a tremendous amount of resources. One of the resources is federal funding. A lot of the air opps that you see on the fire are cal fire. Theyre controlling what is going on. But a lot of it is done by contract. So when they get the money right away, they can get the people up and flying. Theyre used to doing this. This is what they do. All of those green fire engines you see coming from all of the fire houses in the state, how are those funded . I know you work closely with that. Yeah. My station has one. It is gone. It is down there. All of the stations have one. Yeah. Who staffs it. Its good that you notice that. There is a difference. Those are provided by the state and then the cities, the agreement is that they have staff it when there is a need such as this. You will get United StatesForest Service and cal fire and municipalities. I understand there are firefighters coming from other parts of the state. Other states coming in. Youre going to get firefighters from all over everywhere and different agencies. West africa we go, the bay area received a lot of help locally, regionally, nationally, fema, et cetera. Will that draw away anything from what the people in Southern California will be get. No. The resources were replenished. When the firefighters go to Southern California, the firefighters backfill a station. Weve already got fmags for four of the fires. More will be coming. You may see a major declaration coming too. Because there is so much going on. Im sure there is discussion going on about that right now. Thank you, mark. Attorneys office has filed new federal charges against jose ynez Garcia Zarate, the man found not guilty of killing kate steinle. He faces new immigration and weapons charges. Though he was acquitted of murder and manslaughter, the jury found him guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He will be sentenced o on that conviction next week. They plan to deport jose ynez Garcia Zarate to mexico after he serves his sentence here. George gascon respects the jurys verdict to acquit jose ynez Garcia Zarate of the most serious charges. He also says that he takes full responsibility for the prosecution of the controversial case. If there was any failure in the preparation and presentation in this case, the responsibility is mine and mine alone. The Homicide Team and my office worked tirelessly on this case. And i hope that their hard work is appreciated, even if they were not able to secure a guilty verdict. Critics say the prosecutors overcharged the case and thats what led to the acquittal. Tomorrow the Berkeley College republicans are holding a memorial for kate steinle. Joining me live from the location is an officer with the Berkeley College. Good morning. Good morning. The family made it clear that they dont want her death to be politicized. Do you plan to honor that . We understand where they were coming from. We were appalled, shocked and disappointed by the verdict to not charge the killer with murder, at the very least manslaughter. The east Bay Community was rocked as well. There are many grieving. This is an opportunity to come together and grieve and pray for the family. Speaker paul ryan said this death could have been prevented. We had a person deported five times coming into the country. We had a sanctuary policy that did not follow federal code. That led to her death. He should not have been in the country and the city should have communicated with federal authorities. This is an opportunity to come together and talk about this. We dont want her death to be in vain. We are showing pictures of a memorial that sprang up at the spot where the shooting happened. It was quickly determined to be from an altright group. The family of kate steinle reached out to the city and said please take it down. The family ultimately did. What do you think about memorials such as that one. Our memorial is different. It will happen tomorrow at 6 30 at the uc berkeley. Candles will provided. We ask that you bring flowers. This is an opportunity to practice i and grief together. This is different than the situation that happened earlier. This is a candle light vigil. Were asking the whole community to come. Do you expect to see Berkeley College republicans and democrats . Well, we plan on inviting the berkeley the cal democrats to come and join us. But they have shown no interest so far. We had leftist groups say that they plan to protest the event. They pulled down the flyers for the vigil. This past year, the cal campus has made so much news in inviting controversial speakers to the school. In those cases they did not go as planned and turned violent. Look ahead for us. Will you be inviting controversial speakers to the campus again, ann coulter and milo yiannopoulos, et cetera. We have dennis praguer and rubin coming to speak next semester. Theyre uncontroversial speakers. Okay. Thank you for joining us where the vigil will be held tomorrow. Thank you. Coming up here on mornings on 2 the 9, despite the high cost of housing in the bay area, Tech Companies are snatching up financial real estate at a furious rate. Sorry. I cant make it. Its just my eczema again, but its fine. Yeah, its fine. You ok . Eczema. Its fine. Hey hi arent you hot . Eczema again . Its fine. I saw something the other day. Eczema exposed. Your eczema could be something called atopic dermatitis, which can be caused by inflammation under your skin. Maybe you should ask your doctor . Go to eczemaexposed. Com to learn more. Jll is a company that specializes in commercial real estate and investment in management. Recently it released a report that says this year alone more than a fifth of all leases signed were signed by Tech Companies looking for new office space. Among that lease space, the bay area not its to dominate. For more on this we are joined by the Senior Vice President stephen camera. Thank you for coming in. If i have my own company, im worried because the Tech Companies are boosting the price for me. How much is this really talent driven, that the Companies Want to be around here because this is where the talent is . Almost 100 . Talent is driving everything. The bay area continues to remain a strong market for that talent pool. Im hearing from people younger than the three of us saying, you know what, i did the tech thing. Im in my early 30s now. I want to live a bit slower paced life. I want to buy a house. When this group of tech workers ages out, if you will, what happens then . So the suburban markets are not dead. Lets be clear. The bay area in the past, it used to be if you had a headquarters, you might have one building. Now were seeing people bifurcate. You might have a headquarters in San Francisco and a second location in the south bay where it can accommodate the slightly older generation that might be a young family. When it comes to talents, other cities have said come and be with us. We have a cheaper place to live. We have office space. You know, places like phoenix or other cities. Sure. Why does largely that doesnt work very much. We have come back to talent wanting to be here. Talent drives everything. We are starting to see that segment pick up. Markets like madison, wisconsin or scottsdale or other parts of the country are does it have to have a Critical Mass of people. Thats right. Tech is rooted in everything right now. Right. Were starting to see more and more small silicon valleys pop up across the country. We will continue to see that trend. What if the best of the talent doesnt want to go to the spots that you mentioned and they want to be around maybe the bay area . Are these Companies Looking kind of at the longer term consequences of where specifically they put that office . Absolutely. So being strategic in how youre picking the second and office is critical. The bay area will remain strong. We have the demand here. We dont see that going anywhere. We will see secondary markets pick up. Where we will see the growth. Yeah. Where do you think that amazon will put its second headquarters. I dont know and i cant comment on it. The reality is the bay area remains so strong and were seeing so much demand locally that i think it will just its going to continue to be rampant. I can tell that you know something. Tell us something. We talk about this in the news room. If im amazon, i dont want to pay high bay area prices. I want a place like louisville, kentucky, atlanta, georgia where buildings are cheaper. Am i making any sense . Absolutely. Okay. The attraction of talent, the lower cost of living, those are absolutely drivers. But i think you have to bare in mind that they they really companies are really looking for that talent pool. To be there on day one. To be there on day one. You dont want to relocate. Not louisville. But people who do these jobs may not want to go to louisville. They may want to stay here or seattle or new york where the other tech people are. I think what youre talking about is a relocation of the employees. What were seeing is an expansion. Right. So companies are moving to louisville in order to attract the new talent base that may not exist. We hear about the bubble, whether it is residential or commercial real estate. Is there confidence in the business that the price per square foot wont dip. I dont think were in the bubble. If you look at the dotcom boom and bust, a lot of that was based on speculative process. What were having today is a deep root in technology. The way werible acting with technology is different. I dont see that changing. All right. Jjl. We appreciate your time. Well be right back. Were staying on top of the California Wildfires burning in the southern part of the state. Images coming from social media. People shareingwhat they are seeing from where they are. It is so strange to see what appears to be downtown l. A. With massive plumes of smoke behind. Here is a situation of heavy plumes of smoke behind homes. We are talking about heavy winds at times. Firefighters really cant get an estimate for us on exactly how many homes have burned because they cant get into the areas. Lets talk about the four serious wildfires bushing in the southland. Three burning in the western and northern portions of los angeles county. This shows you where they are. The fourth and the largest fire is in ventura county. It is the thomas fire that has burned 101 square miles. Fire officials have no containment. As long as the high winds continue to blow, they say it could take days to contain the thomas fire. And this morning noaa tweeted out these photos showing the smoke. It shows what it looked like yesterday compared to monday. The fires are being pushed as gasia mentioned by the strong gusty winds, the santa ana wins. They are expected to continue through at least today. Take a look at this video of a firefighter battling the skirball fire near the getty center. He was overcome by heat and had to be given medical assistance. Thats where we find reporter gina silva. Reporter the fright certificate doing a little better. He got a lot of water and help. He went back now. What he was trying to do was come inside of this home. The attic is on fire and the flames are coming up. Now, one of the other firefighters said in a panic, this house were concerned it is going to go up like a bomb. You should move. We were trying to get the equipment out of here. But we are stuck because all of the hoses are here. This road, hacienda road, it is a very small road. Very difficult to get in and out. That is why they have been saying there is an evacuate order. Please leave right away. At this point, when youre stuck, youre pretty much stuck. Now, we got here probably around 5 15 and things werent that bad. Suddenly as soon as we got our x, the our equipment, the flames were on both sides. The firefighters say the fire was on the roof and they were able to satisfy the house. Residents of this property were so panicked that they asked us to help get the firefighters attention so they could come by and put the flames out near their property. How are you doing, sir . Our viewers are concerned. A lot of smoke inhalation. Trying to get back inside. Reporter be safe. Thanks. Gina silva reporting there. It has been an unusually bad year for California Wildfires. The state department of forestry says wildfires have burned more than a million acres in the state. That is an area the side of all of sonoma county. That includes the fires from the first of the year through last sunday. So it does not count the ongoing Southern California wildfires we have been bringing you for the past two mornings. The fbi is investigating fraudulent activity in the wake of the north bay fires. A number of claims into fema are duplicates. Many had trouble signing up for one because someone had already registered with their name and information. The press democrat reports the fbi and its task force of more than a dozen agencies will look into the duplicate fema claims as well as fraudulent advertisements directed towards the fire victims. As we bring steve in, i know you have been follow iting the conditions in Southern California and the winds. Any chance of the winds dying down . Not as severe or widespread as the last couple of days. Up in the malibu hills, gusts of 75 Miles Per Hour. There are isolated areas of 50, 60, even 70. Not bad around santa ana and riverside. Some of the higher elevations, topanga canyon, look the key here. They have had no rain. At least we had rain in november. They had no rain whatsoever. So it is bone dry down there. And it is the duration of these offshore winds that keeps this fire weather warning going until friday at 8 00 p. M. We still have another, what, 54 hours to go or whatever it is. It will be a long haul for them, Southern California. The good news is if there is any good news, temperatures are not hot. It could be a lot worse with temperatures in the 90s or 100s. They will still be in the 70s for l. A. Around 77. Warm enough. There is one silver lining. At least it is not like october where they were near 100 degrees. If you get a breeze, it is not bad. That is an offshore breeze for us as well. High pressure just dominating the weather for the next ten days. There are hints around the 18th or 21st something sneaking in. Berkeley lab, oakland and also above oakland south above the oakland zoo. There are 35 to 40 Miles Per Hour gusts there. That translates over to the coast. Northeast at half moon bay. So we have to keep an eye on this. Even though we had rain, our hills are at least a little green. They are not that in Southern California. Nothing except High Pressure and sunshine. The warmest temps on the coast. The mornings are cold, certainly away from the coast. By the coast and the bay, not too bad. Lots of sunshine and warmer temps, you guys. Thats it for this week. Thank you, steve. You got it. Today marks day two of a strike by oakland city workers disrupting many city services. The city council will hold a special session that may help end the strike. Striking oakland workers picketted outside of a building yesterday where mayor libby schaaf was inside holding a re Election Campaign fundraiser. The Union Representing a wide range of workers wants a one Year Contract with a 4 pay increase. We want to come to a resolution. We want to get back to work, providing services that we provide to the city of oakland. The city wants a longer contract. The mayor says the city is offering a 4 increase for the first year, with the possibility of a 2 increase in the second year depending on revenues. The city has proposed another 96 cents per hour increase for street maintenance crews cleaning up homeless encampments. We cannot make Financial Decisions today that we cant afford, particularly today or in the longterm. But the unions chief negotiator says it doesnt all have to do with money. It has to do with mandatory overtime and staffing shortages. The council will vote at 1 00 this afternoon. Two of the Council Members say they will vote for the oneYear Contract. The third said that person is undecided. A simple majority will get the contract approved. We turn to our question of the day. We asked, which side do you support . We will take a look at the poll results. 73 are with the city workers. 27 are with the city itself. Unlawful to strike and hold the public hostage. Take the wage increase offer and get back to work, especially when fire safety becomes a concern. Here is what patrick had to say. You cant pay people a wage that is unlivable. They keep raising housing prices and fuel and things like that. You have to pay the people more to acquire these things. Im not talking about according a mercedes but the basic needs of life. Alba says why shut the city down . There is waste that goes in all departments. Someone mentioned fire safety. Police and firefighters are not on strike. Theyre on 24 7. Thank you for using our tvuthe9. A few weeks away from christmas. There are a few things to watch out for while shopping. Will this years hot toy tell be played with next year or gathering dust. Thank you for being here. My pleasure. You know im super frga frugal. That is what saves me at christmas. Without a doubt. Retailers are doing an awesome job of throwing out bargains and consumers are biting too hard. Too much focus on the bargain. Not enough focus on what theyre buying. What about planned shopping . Dont buy something that you dont need. Thats how they get you. Maybe you buy one and get one free when youre not going to use them. Yeah. Lets say ive had my eye on something and then i say wow, this is the cheapest ive ever seen it. I was going to buy it anyway. Go for it. It is called self gifting. And self gifting is really big this year. Partly because, you know, the prices are good. The merchandise selection is higher than ever. Macys, for example, is selling more winter coats than they ever have before. These are not gifts. These are coats that people might have bought in september but waiting for the holiday bargains. It is hard to fight the impulse. Whoever does this phone advertising knows me very well. Maybe ive been googling garoppolo lately but the offers keep coming in. I do have a problem with the credit or debit. Yeah. I will pay it off at the end of the month, hopefully. So i tend to do that more. But then usually i get in trouble. Are people spending more on credit than using the debit. Two important points. One is that when people are stalked on social media for the things that they have been looking at, it weakens their resolve. I think people have to put on the blinders and stay focused. You are not alone. That is the second most common snafoo. The credit issue, if you can purchase on credit and religiously pay your bill every month, do it. You have an automatic receipt. You get the points and the extras. Fur somebody who is tempt today overspend and not good at sticking to your budget, pay with cash. Here is an example. In a recent study people who paid with cash could tell you how much they spent. People who paid with credit could not. People dont Pay Attention to what theyre spending when they use credit. Put christmas in the budget. It should be. There is an immense social pressure for me. If you give me a 100 sweater, i feel bad giving you a 10 candle. Yeah. I know. How do you mitigate that . That and the idea that we trim our list. Now, you are exceptionally frugal. I have talked to you about your shopping before. I wear it like a badge. Most people are not though. Here is the thing. The social pressure to give everyone who gives you a gift back is immense. And to spend what they spend is also immense. And actually a lot of people that youre exchanging with dont want to exchange a gift. 65 of consumers said i actually would like to trim my list. I would like to not give so many gifts. And so why not have that discussion . Call northbound up and say lets not do it this way. Lets have lunch. Also call up and say im saving for this, that, retirement. How about we limit it to 10 bucks this year. Be up front. They would be relieved. Feel confident knowing that the person that youre calling will want to do it too. All of the adults in my family stopped giving gifts. Just the kids get gifts. When you talk about the kids, who makes the decision, this is the hot toy of the year. An interesting conversation. So this year we have the hot toy, the lol. Which is a doll that you unwrap and get little prizes along the way and you get the doll. Last year we had the hatchimals. So how do these get big. Here are a few weird things. One, they tend to have big eyes. There is something about the bigeyed child like quality that wants us to want and care for these products. Two, they tend to be discovered by social media. So it is usually the mommy bloggers. This year with the lol, it was youtube unpacking videos that got people hooked n people like to have this feeling like they discovered it. They got in there and found it and told their friends. The third thing that usually makes a toy hot is if anybody feels like they might not get one, there is something about that fear of missing out. I better yet it now. Heaven forbid my kid doesnt get one. Yeah. That can make the parents crazy. Just like the Cabbage Patch craze. Coming up, some russian athletes could still compete after the russian ban in the olympics but they will have to follow a different protocol. Spotify is announcing the top trends of 2017. How are you. Im great. How are you. Doing well. You know that i do listen to popular music at my house. I have kids who kind of, you know, keep the music playing. I know that i could have told you that without you telling me. His songs come on spotify every other song is his. Yeah. His music definitely populates a lot of play lists on spotify. Ed sheeran his music streamed 6. 3 billion times. That is b with a b. Such a huge number. He had the most streamed album of the year and the most streamed song which is shape of you. And that streamed more than 1. 4 billion times. It is now our most streamed song of all time. Everybody loves ed sheeran. His music appeals to all generations. You can play his muse nick front of your kids and your grandparents. It is not offensive. No one will get upset. That is right. Rhianna is on your list. Rhianna was bigger earlier in the year. Obviously this is a yearlong survey. Yeah. Rhianna was our most streamed female of the year. Actually for the third year in a row, she is our top female artists. She can be between albums or, you know, go a while without a hit song and everybody just loves her music. She was involved on a key collaboration this year with d. J. Which helped. But other fee hail artists who did well, taylor swift, selena gomez, Ariana Grande and popular and sia. I made a list of songs that are played a lot in my household. Despacito is one of them. Right. Those songs i seem to hear quite a bit. Right. They will go away for a while but then come back. Yeah. Absolutely. Despacito has been an interesting phenomena this year. Youre tacking about a song that started off as a big hit in latin america. Justin bieber joined it. They did a remix with him. It became this global phenomena. And actually we have seen a lot of interest from our listeners on spotify in latin music, not just the song despacito. That was the second most streamed song of the year. Exciting moment for latin culture when it comes to music. Spotify gives you a choice. If you dont like a song, you can choose not to hear it again.
