That suv refused to stop and led police on a chase through north stockton leading to trinity parkway where the driver jumped out of the car and ran into a nearby walmart where he was taken into custody. According to witnesses, reports were four shot were fired. There were no injuries. The driver of that car has been identified as mcclue. After he left that, suv, his passenger bevin got to the drivers seat and drove off. Hes on run. Last seen driving a green 1999 Ford Explorer with the license plate 7tyy505. Bevin is considered armed and danger us. Both men escaped the courthouse by slipping out the side door into a uhaul. Last month he was put on leave by the San Jose School district when administrator found out about the allegations against him. Its a disturbing case.
