Bombardier contract prevents him from talking about details. When we look at San Francisco, new york, toronto, in each of those jurisdictions, we have had challenges like all other suppliers in our business have challenges. What is b. A. R. T. He says bombardier isnt ruled out. It really is a shame because it is commuters paying the price for all this. We know senator glazer is critical of this. Is there anyone who can hold b. A. R. T. Accountable when they make decisions like this . He says its really you and me, the public, voters. The public can because we vote in b. A. R. T. Board members who decide on these big decisions. Senator glazer also said hes pushing for an Inspector General and independent position to oversee b. A. R. T. But thats still early in the process. We heard the spokesperson say look, these kinds of things happen. What is the problem . Delivery delays. Theres a date. Were going to get it at a certain time so we can test it and that takes a long time and were not getting the cars on time. So garnham and the gm say whats going on .
