A man and woman were found saturday morning shot to death inside a car at rayburn and 21st streets. The San Francisco medical Examiners Office identified the victim as a 20 yearold woman and the 24yearold man, both from San Francisco. Police got a call on saturday, asking them to check on two people in a car, and that thats when they found the victim. Our time is now 5 05. The suspected murder suicide is being investigated by police in pacifica. Saturday night police were called to a home on alvuso court. When officers went into the house, they found the bodies of two people who apparently died after being shot. Police say the preliminary investigation indicates this may have been a murder suicide. So far there are no suspects. A student at uc berkeley recovering after he was knocked unconscious by three men on campus outside a residents hall over the weekend. We are receiving information there was an active shooter firing rounds from the 32nd floor. The number is estimated to be 22,000. Were being struck by those rounds. Currently the clark county Fire Department is estimating the injuries to be well over 400, and the deaths associated with this event to be over 50. I cant give you an exact number yet, pause were still investigating sold of the areas. Still a matter of a process. Going to take white a while fors to get through the evacuation phase. Then we will have an assessment on the injuries associated with that. Now, our suspect was identified as steven craig paddock, 64 years old. A white male from mesquite, nevada. We have no investigative information or background associated with this individual that is derogatory. The only thing we can tell is he received a citation several years ago, and that citation was handled as a matter of normal practice in the court system. Some important things that i need to got out, the family reunification still is taking place here at the los angeles Proper Police department headquarters.
