They said they realize it was almost certainly an accident and had the driver stayed at the scene they would likely not face charges but the fact that the driver ran changes everything. The Richmond Police are not releasing the name of the boy that was hit but they have released the photograph. Authorities have not officially identified the two People Killed in the Early Morning fire however the neighbors tell us it was an elderly couple that lived in this mobile home. He believes this was the victims and they have lived here in san leandro for decades. Those that knew the couple are stunned and saddened by what happened. The crews knocked out the flames and did a search and found the man and woman dead in the back of the home. Many neighbors say they knew the elderly couple that lived here. I am shook up. I am just wondering what caused it. They were very good people. She was very lovable. She always gave everybody a hug, even if she did not know them. She is known for going around the supermarkets and hugging everyone, no matter you were, and she always had a smile on her face.
