There is zero containment on this fire and burned about 50 acres and the hardest thing is the access. There are about 132 firefighters that had to hike a mile and a half in rugged terrain to get to this fire from the road. The concern is having another fire start by lightning this evening. We are able to see where the strikes are. We are having airplanes fly over the area to look for smoke in the air. Reporter they said that the wind is working in their favor. They are keeping the fire from running up the hill and pushing the fire in a direction that is away from homes. Right now no homes are threatened and there are no evacuations here in this area.
