He is not seen in the surveillance pictures. But he was armed during the homicide with a assault weapon and from that shooting last night they shot and killed that man that was tied to the homicide. They also heard word he was trying to kill a woman inside his car for knowing too much. Again, police have shot and killed two of the three systems that were involved in the homicide thursday. They were looking for a third suspect that was dressed all in black. The total count of officer involved shootings is now up to 8. Three more than last year. And now five have been fatal. We asked police about the number of officer involved shootings and they say the suspects had felony arrest warrants for murder. The motive we dodoo not do not know. He said inmates need it because the jail is over crowded and has no space for Mental Health or programs. Those assigned there because of the nature of the charges, special needs inmates, they cant go out to the dormitory style so they cannot access the programming. Reporter the facility houses lower levellal in level inmates. Three supervisors support the plan. We need to have a higher security area. She moved to oregon to die on her own terms last year. By having the option of dying in oregon, she took the control back from the tumor so that she could have a peaceful passing and avoid the painful death that was coming for her.
