She broke free from the officer and jumped. He sees her floating under the bridge. A woman flagging down a driver on the bridge. She was picked up and taken into San Francisco. The last time she was seen. I never had someone jump over the bridge to get a bay from police. Its pretty drastic. The car she was in according to the chp was stolen out of los angeles. The officer didnt know that at the time. He was trying to save someone from a deadly jump in the cold, choppy bay waters. What happens next . They wait to see if she shows up .
