The cause of this fire under investigation. San jose police have arrested a wanted assault suspect. Police say 50 yearold Julianne Martinez of san jose pulled a young girl under the 2. 80 overpass near south 11th street and sexually assaulted her last month. The girl managed to fight her attacker then took off on a bicycle. Investigators located martinez and arrested him on multiple charges, including assault. Also in san jose, the man has been arrested after police say he smashed a shop window, right where a little child, the city this is caught on camera. It happened last month at an ice cream shop on born square. The child and their guardian walked into the store. Police say 36 yearold jam sherry smashed the window while the child was sitting inside. Some of the glass hit the child, the guardian, then grab the kid left. The suspect is facing charges including assault with a Deadly Weapon and child abuse.
