He was taken to a nearby hospital and remains there. As of today. His condition still unknown. We have not gotten any updates, but we are expected to hear from police at some point today. They do tell us that no officers were injured during this incident and the department is expected to hold a press conference at some point. As of now, comer drive remains closed along with surrounding Shopping Centers as well. So as we get more details regarding what exactly happened sunday afternoon, well continue to keep you updated. And a man has been arrested and Sonoma County for a Fatal Shooting that killed a 2 yearold child that happened back march. 23rd in clear lake Clearlake Police issued a warrant for 31 yearold Fernando Lugo garcia and he was arrested in last tuesday by the Sonoma County sheriffs department. Hes at the Lake County Jail now with no bail. Its 803. And the man convicted of attacking paul pelosi with a hammer at his home in San Francisco in 2022. Is going to be resentenced later this month. David de pap was convicted and got a 30 Year Prison Sentence last friday. But the federal court did not give the path the chance to make a statement. And thats a requirement. And Officials Say its actually working in the coming fiscal year. California is expected to allocate about 61 million to this program which focuses on addictions to drugs like meth and cocaine. Then that patient gets a small stipend on a gift card and that stipend, the payment goes up on the gift card as you continue the program. And if it if you fail, there are no consequences. Well, the approach is called contingency management and its based around rewarding people for Good Behavior instead of punishing them for bad. Since California Pilot Program launched in april 19 counties throughout the state enrolled almost 3,000 participants.
