Good morning. Thats right. So last year the city launched their heart program. But actually stands for homeless engagement, outreach and response. So the program is meant to engage with those that are experiencing homelessness as an alternative to either a Law Enforcement response. The teams are only dispatch to engage with community when theres no indication a crime, no violence threats, Mental Health or medical needs president. So he says they helped about 300 people every week and in the first year, heart actually address over 13,000 calls. Service and they completed 100 of those requests, including maybe blocked sidewalks as well as small encampment, even placed 144 people into an Emergency Shelter or either on the waitlist, they completed 168 applications for calfresh as well as medicare. Now you have heart workers, the training to use the drug. Naloxone. They also are trained to deescalate situations. They even are aware of the cultural and gender awareness is to best serve. So in the letter that he sent out on tuesday, president mike lee said that he listen to the protesters and agreed that quote, none of us should be on the sidelines when human beings are subject to mass killing and destruction, end quote, he went on to announce that sonoma state would look at divesting from israel and would end an Exchange Program with that country.
