Im justine waltman tow trucks that were torched an east bay business is now in turmoil this past weekend, the owner of an east bay towing company says several groups of men deliberately set his tow trucks on fire kron fours to stasio reports. The owner thinks that his business was targeted. Not one but 4 tow trucks. Thats how many the owner of california towing says were set ablaze this past weekend. In this video, you can see a person going up into the cab of the truck and then running off flames blowing out of the drivers side. Were standing in front of one of the tracks that was torched. Yes. America hotel in the center, theresa neighborhood, one of the officer suffered minor injuries while the other was left in Critical Condition. The gunman identified by police as Kevin Briones is also in Critical Condition. San jose police are crediting the 2 officers with saving the life of a woman and 3 children. And then the north right now, suspect from a friday evening standoff on i80 in fairfield remains in Critical Condition after the chp says that he shot himself Highway Patrol originally released details that he had died. But doctors were able to revive him at the hospital. Police say, but the chase started in windsor where the suspect shot at an suv on highway 101 driver was not hurt. Officers then spotted the shooter suspected car and rohnert park that led them to fairfield and onto that hours long standoff that shut down traffic on 84 hours. The Solano County District Attorneys Office is now handling the investigation. A double stabbing on the east side of san jose left 2 people in Critical Condition. What is melanoma . Melanoma is a type of skin cancer. Its one of the deadliest type of skin cancer as we see in it starts usually on the most majority. I was right in the parking lot of a mcdonalds located at 13, 30 jackson street in oakland when a Health Department employee started turning customers away, who were inside and in the middle of the drivethru. I asked what was the cause of the store closure. This was her response from the Health Department. They have some sanitation the season. They need to clean up. What did you find you mind telling and this comes while 6 mcdonalds employees are actively on strike from this location due to what they say is an and healthy. Working condition. Now take a look at this video captured inside by a worker where you can see a live rat on the counter. Now the mcdonalds employees say they have found rat eating food prepared for customers. The workers have now filed a formal complaint to cal osha with the help from the California Fast Food Workers union. When i saw that he is i want that is disgusting. And so this is problem not just the employees working on these conditions, but also for the coastal the communities i also spoke with the Alameda County Health Department about these concerns. I was told the location did receive annual inspection back in february and no violations were found. And once we share some of these allegations made by the employees, the Department Said they would be sending an inspector by to investigate. And thats what we saw on friday. And i did reach out to mcdonalds earlier before the store closure and they sent us this statement from the owner and operator joseph wong. It reads in part, its important that employees have a safe place to come to work. When we became aware of the issue, we immediately contacted pest control and continue to work with them to address this.
