The last meeting regarding the teams lease the coliseum and the sale of it is set to of went well. And right now the team is considering signing a threeyear lease extension. However, the city of oakland is suggesting that in return for that threeyear lease extension, the team leave behind its branding and logo when it does officially leave. It also wants the team to play an active role with the mlb, bringing an Expansion Team to the city when it comes to the sale of the coliseum. Alameda county officials are suggesting that the teen sell its half of the app silage half of the coliseum to the African American sports and Entertainment Group in oakland and more details are set to be discussed today. And lastly, the group has been discussing increases and changes to the current Lease Agreement in regards to how much the as pay and revenue sharing right now, the teams last payment of 45 Million Dollars for its portion of the coliseum to the county of alameda is due in april, though, the actual title may not be handed over right away due to an ongoing legal battle battle.
