He says that theyve lived for years, taking cover from bombs and struggling with few resources, but that this week took a turn for the worse in a way that he has never seen before. Thank you, gayle. Well, a Colorado Police officer has been found guilty in the death of 23 yearold elijah mcclain. The jury found Randy Roedema guilty of criminally negative negligent homicide and thirddegree assault thursday. Mcclain died in 2019 after being stopped by police on his way home from a convenience store. A passerby had reported mclean was acting suspicious with a ski mask on but said there was no weapon and no one was in danger.
