Theres no doubt about it anymore. Were taking a live look here at our camera in walnut creek. Nice to see some light traffic on this friday. Were looking for things to heat up. I saw when you did the sevenday little earlier, were going to start flirting with 100 degree temperatures starting next week. Yeah. Well, that creek will be one of those spots get close to that. Obviously today weve got the marine layer and as we take a live look here from mount tam our mount tam cam, as we like to call it. But we will see that warming for inland valleys, including those of you and most likely all of you in the inner east bay. So today were looking for 80s low 90s on saturday. But by sunday, you know, were up 96 degrees by monday. 99, you can see what kind of stay there for a few days as well. And the reason thats happening is were going to see High Pressure from the Pacific Northwest are to bump in. And not only are we going to heat up, but theyre going to be heating up as well up in spots in oregon. So they are actually already putting up their excessive heat watches for sunday through thursday of next week. And you can see, again, just a little bit of extreme Northern California included in that. But it really goes all the way through that area in so thats what were going towards. This is where were at right now. You can see that remnant of the Tropical Storm, eugene. Thats all been making its way through california and bring in a little bit of lightning right now in the central sierra. You can see that starting to fire up as well. But as far as rain is concerned, you can see that counter clockwise circulation of this low pressure system. Its brought just some sprinkles to most places. Not a lot of measurable rain, but this is kind of more of the concern that i have with it, which is that it also brings a little bit of lightning now weve had most of this lightning say offshore. But again, you can see the starting to fire up here now, obviously, in this year we have a lot of rain. So still a lot of damp ground out there. That is some good news. But its just something i keep an eye on when we get into our fire season. But heres what weve got going on. So we get a little sunshine breaking through in san jose de the east bay getting some too Half Moon Bay still in the clouds in the Golden Gate Bridge definitely shrouded in some of those cloudy conditions right temperatures reflect that, right. So out in pacific about 66 degrees. But were warming up in concord at 76, 80 in livermore. Were about 73 up in the north bay. These are the highs for today. 60s at the coast, mostly 70s around the bay in 80s inland. If youre heading to see the giants tonight, take your jacket. Partly cloudy skies, a little wind out from the west and temperatures about 63 degrees. Little misty out we get into our evenings and well start to see that marine layer compresses we get into the weekend. So well see those temperatures start to rise up. And as you can see next week starts hot. If you are inland back to you. Is samsungs latest foldable phone ready for prime time. Rich demuro gives us his review in todays tech smart.
