Its 90s for the central valley, 60 70s and 80s right here in the bay area. But we are going to see some triple digits in just a few days. Ive got your forecast. And while the bay bridge behind me looks great. Some of your other highways. Were starting pick up and get in the 7 oclock hour. Were 7. 44 and a happy friday to you. I hope youre all excited the i think that the weather is going to i think so. Starting out nice on this friday. John. Good morning. Yeah, not bad at all. Right now were getting some brighter skies for most of the bay area at this point. Still looking at a little bit of cloud cover for a lot of us, though. Youre looking out there from mount tam down at the clouds that are associated with the marine layer below. And then a little bit of cloud cover, a waft to we actually have the remnants of some tropical moisture across the system across the region. We are seeing just a few drizzly spots mostly up in the santa cruz mountains. Theres the center of low pressure. Thats that subtropical system resulted in some isolated thunderstorms for Southern California yesterday. Didnt do much for us except for anchoring in place and keeping that High Pressure ridge away from us for just one more day as we move into the weekend, High Pressure builds back in and you will notice the effects of that for inland areas as temperatures begin to rise really quickly inland. Futurecast shows today getting lots of sunshine our last day where our warmest of temperatures inland are only going to be in the 80s tomorrow. Were going to start the day with a little cool gray, which means a cool morning for your saturday. But once we see that gray burning off, youre not going to have a lot of access to that cool ocean air and inland temperatures will rise into the 90s tomorrow and rising even further into sunday monday and tuesday of next week. That means today is the coolest day of the rest of the forecast. 60s for your highs in sf. 62 in Golden Gate Park for outside lands and 60s at the coastline. Lots of 70s along the bay shore today, burlingame at 76 palo alto Mountain View at 78 south bay temps, upper 70s mostly some low 80s. Well, the east bay looking at a similar range of 70s to 80s oakland are right at 70 much like yesterday was walnut creek and concord. 83. Well, a nice day up in napa. At 75 warm in sonoma and petaluma in the low 80s. Looking ahead. Tomorrows temperatures as i promised do roll upwards into the 90s and by monday and tuesday of next week, inland areas are officially hitting the triple digits for some of our for this to inland spots. You notice theres not a lot of change along the bay and the coast. Temperatures in the spots remain in the 60s to 70s. So at least there are scapes to get to. Its really just are inland areas that are going to get very, very hot in the days to come rain. All right, john, thank you for that. Lets start inland. So if you are traveling alone, 5. 80, right now. Little more vasco road traveling into dublin just under 15 minutes. You make a really good time there along 6. 80, traveling from seminole through san ramon. Were still pretty much moving at the limit. 30 minutes. Bay bridge meteor lights still offer san mateo bridge has been consistently 20 minutes for this whole hour or so. Hopefully things go down there and hopefully that will go up a long 24 walnut creek down to 5. 80, in the east bay, 12 minute ride. Double down to fremont. 16 minutes to make that drive darya. James, back to you. Thanks, brianna. 7. 27 is the time. An nfl football returning to the bay area. Fans pretty excited this weekend. Weve got fortyniners taking on the raiders in las vegas to be right in front of the tv. You get those teams squared off in a joint practice yesterday. Looking river has details. The raiders certainly had their eggs inflows when it comes to lining up against somebody else for the first time during this training camp. But if there is one thing that you can hang your hat on as a fan for this team from this day. Its the way that they finished for the offense. Jimmy g completing the final 4 passes, including an absolute dart to a sliding austin hooper. The end zone for a 20 yard touchdown between 2 diners. Defenders and then for the defense during the San Francisco 2 minute drill, a pass breakup by im Micah Roberts and in the end zone on the final play that concluded the outing for the starts. It wasnt pretty at all moments and it continues to build confidence for this group. Great sense of optimism going forward. Think is moving in the right direction. You know, obviously stars starts getting feet literal and figurative. Hes so just get used to they got an offer birth start to find our groove guys are playing well i just love what theyre doing on the back in. Theyre theyre getting confidence together. Theyre growing you know, believes onto the whole defense. I think, you know, obviously starts up front. We bring and quarterback can hold the ball. So does know that about their second. Even team periods you can see in unos guy who doesnt that huddle its cool. Look around. See the guys eyes too. Theyre into it. And that means something to him. Some of the rougher moments for the raiders came at the beginning of practice when it comes to the chunk plays from San Francisco deebo samuel and Brandon Aiyuk very much getting theirs on the state. But the secondary had something to say with a couple of takeaways of their own. And thats something the credit to the presence of Marcus Peters guys have talked about that time and time again. Can that continue in translate into day 2 . Well, didnt jimmy g look his. You got rid of all shadow. You know, you said the beer to shadow. Well, now that hes a ranger.
