rain over the last 72 hours out bill over an inch and a half danville almost half an inch of rain san francisco, almost a half an inch oakland, almost half an inch check out san jose pretty impressive. almost 3 quarters of an inch of rain that's pretty good for san jose something we're watching out for right now they've seen some heavy rainfall in the carmel valley, the river burn area that direction so they're watching out for the possibility of some flash flooding. in that burned section also the possibility of some debris flows as that rain continues to pound that area in the meantime though around the bay area the showers continuing just does not want to give up the core low still off the coastline and that spending in some of that moisture and you've got some heavier downpours that are pushing in across the bay right now some of that moving in toward half moon bay overnight. you can see it sneaking across there and then it slides further to the east as you make your way across the bay and that is what's headed toward oakland now alameda right now let's time that out for you right now is the cell begins to move across it is not that far away and moving in this direction that is going to bring with it that rain and that heavy rain in alameda about 8.38 oakland about a 44 so be prepared that one just developing now that could certainly turn out to be a thunderstorm and bring with it some heavy rain some gusty winds. and maybe even a little hail next couple days so that all comes to an end and looks like the next best chance of rain. we'll come by
