Calmer conditions in Oakland HaywardSan Francisco in livermore look at that hardly even detecting winds in these spots. Thats because once you had a little bit higher in the atmosphere. Firefighters in this area, protecting homes take a look at the video just shot a few hours ago, it shows a completely different story with those flames getting about 50 feet tall the flames of course burned overnight fueled by those red flag weather conditions and dry brush in the area, forcing residents and breyer yorba linda and chino hills to evacuate their homes. Now fire Officials Say more than 1600 homes have been affected by the fire thats now burned more than 8,000 acres and is that no containment. One home has been damaged. The blaze started as 2 separate fires, reported that were close to each other. This morning more than 4600 homes in multiple communities are under evacuation. Orders that including communities in chino hills, youre belinda. And in a breyer hundreds more are under a voluntary evacuation. Thats more than 400 homes and of course people in this area have been through this before and especially in 2007 when flames destroyed several homes and then these communities. Now back and we can add to a temporary evacuation center. Or pennsylvania was not yet mail their ballot in one week out because of the Postal Service delays they need to probably walk in or go to a ballot drop box theres no. Those theres no guarantee its going to get in by election day and even though pennsylvania got a ruling that said they could take it or take it up to 3 to 6 days afterwards with the swearing in of Amy Coney Barrett last night.
