Democratic president ial nominee, joe biden is planning to do a town hall on october 15th, which was when the second president ial debate was supposed to happen until President Trump backed out because he said he would not participate in a virtual debate saying yesterday that it would have been a waste of time and that he would like the fact that they could then cut his mike which they werent able to stop him from interrupting at the live debate that the 2 had biden has called for pushing back the town hall format to october 22nd. Thats the date of the 3rd debate. Trump countered saying they should push back. All the bit the debates that are left by a week no decision has been made. But the air bnb in the bnb that they rent out have visitors at that actually Still Standing and so shes feeling quite grateful today ill show you perspective where this trailer is. And then the bmv is right over there and its Still Standing. She says shes. So grateful for shes owned it for 30 years having. Some of the same visitors every year just loyal people coming back to enjoy the calistoga area, but she said shes going to have to suspend all reservations indefinitely as they work to rebuild some of the fences and the trees are down and of course right now no one is allowed in many take a look at this video. Saw some of vines as well destroyed the grapes just looked awful in hurting so thats hard to see the somebodys you know the way they provide for their family. Its a dream come true to own a winery to have it be affected by this fire is just truly devastating. Rideshare companies are looking to reverse a law that classifies their drivers as employees instead of contractors. Proffers Ella Sogomonian explains. Prop 22 takes aim at the highly contested ab 5 but giving Companies Like uber lyft and doordash which are behind the initiative a chance to reverse course. Drivers now considered employees would return to being contracted workers. But hector gusty and those who drives for uber and lyft says hes opposing prop 22 because he wants Employee Benefits to remain which werent available when he needed them most i we dont have any Workers Compensation i was a small label for war children i was super but for me at that time because of course all around if they dont help me. Going forward, lets get michael yaki his take on this our political expert, so what do you think is going i think whats going on is that theres some concerns theres some real concern out there about the fact this take some the methods on may be having on the. Shall we say the stability of the of the president of the United States now. This legislation wont affect him. Id will not apply to this election. But its something that. Congress is always have to grapple with overtime. In the beginning there was actually no process by which the Vice President could really assume the office of the president said the constitution could take over his duties but in their city could president and the change that with the succession act and then after after 4 french window into roosevelt died. And then after john kennedy died to create the 25th amendment which was ratified just in 1967. And that provided the process that by which the president formally becomes the Vice President becomes president , but also provides for force whats called section 4 section 4 is the is the process of of in voluntarily taking away the presidency from and transferring it to the Vice President in the case that the met said that the Vice President and the cabinet or in what this legislation goes to some other body that congress create survives. I will deal will make a determination that the president is not fit to serve in office now obviously with the current makeup of congress theres hardly a chance and held this is actually going to become law so is it really more of just a political.
