Flag warning we want to go to kron 4 Sarah Stinson first in the field in concord for a look at the conditions there sarah. Sorry im live here highway 4 above conquered were look behind me looks like a fog is all covering around me thats actually haziness air quality not so great this morning as we head into a triple digit day here in concord take a look so theres a red flag warning in effect goes in effect at one this afternoon and its not just here in concord are in the east bay is also up where the glass fire is burning in the north bay going to be a difficult fight for those firefighters as we head into awful conditions east bay hills Santa Cruz Mountains also in this red flag warning the last time we saw this morning the glass fire erupted over the weekend. So now more than ever its time to take this seriously weve seen the aftermath of what these conditions can produce theyre going to be northwest winds of 10 to 20 Miles Per Hour with gusts of 20 to 30 Miles Per Hour. We also have a dry conditions take a look at this video. Theres a lot of dry conditions across the area in the video that see this blanket of haze above highway 4. You can barely see downtown concord from more on that i mean its a nobrainer you can see it very clearly you can also here around there are these very dry hills and its those dry conditions with low humidity that makes for a recipe for a wild fire. So what were talking high temps that air quality dry conditions so much going on in thats why theres also a power alert in effect. It happens at 3 this afternoon and youre being asked to conserve electricity now how can you do that take a look at your screen. We rode out some tips for you to make it easy turn your thermostat to 78 degrees turn off unnecessary lights close blinds drapes to keep your home cool and dont use any major appliances during this of power alert do laundry and dishes before the power alert goes in effect the dishwasher laundry machine can use a lot of electricity now the power alert goes in effect at 3 ends at 10 oclock and that red flag warning going into effect at one this afternoon and goes until tomorrow that could very well be extended if we see these conditions sticking around. Im sure john trouble our meteorologist is following that to see how long these conditions will stick around for now, im reporting in concord Sarah Stinson back to you. Thanks a lot sarah. Yeah johns following the temperatures the winds and also the air quality to take a look at the latest air quality index map and you can see were going to be looking at some pretty terrible conditions today. Orange and red are the worst yellow little better, but not by much so the entire bay area just about going to be dealing with some pretty bad air today stay inside if you can yeah so lets talk about how long were going to be in this weather pattern where were going to have he. And low humidity and winds and Everything Else we think it looks like today into tonight is the worst of it guys tomorrow were not out of the woods and then after that things do start to show signs of getting better. As you guys noticed air quality really bad out there today, very hazy conditions in this view from the suture tower looking down at San Francisco. And thats a pretty familiar view were seeing a lot of that all across the bay. Even bigger news is the fire danger that we have in the deep red is a red flag warnings taking effect later on today and lasting through the evening tonight into tomorrow as tonight were going to see our strongest of winds and especially problematic up in the north bay around the glass fire. Then impeach these are heat advisories coupled with that is daytime highs are likely to break records this afternoon running 15 to 25 degrees above average thats going to put us into the triple digits for many of our inland areas as far as air quality goes better in areas like guerneville right now youve got a pocket out there thats holding up all right the rest of the bay areas either moderates 2 for 2 very pour, san jose napa in vacaville seeing some of the worst spots of air quality as of right now temperatures are already starting to rise for a few spots hayward youre getting close to the 70s berkeley at 73, pittsburgh in the upper 60s right now hanging on to the 50s and santa rosa and napa thats a bit of good news this morning in the vicinity of the glass fire as youre seeing cool and calm conditions up there cool and calm conditions that as you know will not last so the rest of the day today. 90s near the bay and triple digits for inland areas. And im talking about exactly how hot it will get right where youre at still to come in the rest of your forecast. Robin. Thank you john were heading back to the bay bridge toll plaza because the traffic heading into San Franciscos recovering from an earlier problem was just a stalled out big rig. But it caused some slow traffic coming into San Francisco and that slowed traffic from the big rig. Sort of mixed in with your morning commute crowding so it all just merged together now im tracking some crotty way back from the bottom of the maze up the eastern span heading toward treasure island. The good news is the records out of the way the skyway looks better the suspension looks better. But not a huge improvement just yet for you behind the toll plaza on the oakland side so get out there early its still under 15 minutes, heres the richmond sandra fell bridge and its just now stacking up not so bad at the tolls but whats going on here they just changing lanes its a bad lane changing corey writer in the middle garza drivers are looking a little confused for a second there, but so far looks like were on time at 11 minutes off to one o 1, 6, 80s. Good the dumbarton bridge in pretty good shape. No problems livermore to dublin for 5. 80 and then one o one north and easy 10 minutes from brisbane to San Francisco daryn back to you all right, thanks a lot. Lets get back to the big story which are the fires in napa and sonoma counties and the strong winds that could blow the flames back into Populated Areas so far more than 56,000 acres have burned. But we have new containment number so we do have some more acreage burned here not too much though its gone up by about 4,000 to 56,000 781 acres just in the last hour these are new numbers. Containment has more than doubled, weve 2 stuck there for a couple of days, but now 5 containment, i know its still a long way to go. But its something this fire has destroyed 288 homes and other structures in napa and sonoma counties and there are still more than 26,000 other structures that are in harms way james. Well we have Team Coverage of the glass for 2 from the napa county side of things as well fact we have a map here showing you where kron fours will tran has been reporting for us this morning. Hes just east of calistoga and north of saint helene off summit lake drive its fairly remote. But there are communities there that are in trouble, lets get the latest from now. We are on the 2500 block of summit lake drive in where this hillside in the overnight hours was a huge ball of fire. You can see its still smoldering at this time look at those little dancing lights. Those are fires that are still going on you can see cal fire on the side of the road here very windy rugged remote area where even cell phone and internet signal is very sketchy this time. They dont have access to water so they have a tanker truck about 5 miles just from this location where they are running back and forth, filling up their fire trucks coming back here spraying the water the spring the fire if he gets out of hand, but it looks like in the overnight hours theyre just monitoring. The situation. The fear now is that the embers and we know that the winds are picking up extremely warm at this time that the wind will pick up the embers kariya down to a one which is not a big city, but nonetheless are homes about 4, 5, miles from this location. And then just a little bit a ways from here is calistoga and saint so they are fearful of that which is why even though this is a remote area. They have cal fire crews here just a monitor the situation often the distance you might be able to see the glow right there so the fire continues to burn. Yes, its pretty much. Next to a Mountain Side or on a mountainside, but the fear is it will leave this location and go down to homes right now we do know that this area is is currently locked down we actually had to be escorted into this location just to show you whats going on in the overnight hours. All right. Thank you very all right. Thank you very much well now lets take a particularly santa rosa. Where weve seen several homes destroyed in this fire, heres a map showing where kron fours reyna harvey is reporting for us live this morning. Shes on white oak drive right off the highway 12 there in the oakmont community. And what are you seeing for us now. Well more damage homes i was driving along highway 12 actually saw the hole behind me the back of the home team and you can see through it so i decided to investigate drive into the neighborhood and it is exactly what i thought he was burned out homes. Let start with you to show you just how sporadic the fire has been and how the travel well start with this tree you can see here you see how the fire started back here they managed to get it out you see the green half of the tree in the barn. Half and then were going to look at this home you can see here only the frame of the whole continues to stand here. I hear this looks like this is a multimedia net house because we have one address here 77 then we have an excellent one 81 here and then the other one is burned off but you can see right into the house. But this was the only house on the block. That was 10 across the street and all the houses are still there. No fire making its way but this house is completely gone now ive been talking to officials who have been out here putting out the fire. When they tell me you know one of the biggest difference says and this fire the thomas fire that has far was ganley and in destroyed entire communities level them to the ground but in this fire. Were seen one or 2 homes. In communities, 3 or 4. Rattled along the Community Area that have been i just leveled here and are now so again you see right across the street. Im gonna show you some other thing that ive been seen in the area as ive been driving along highway 12 this community. Well were here on a montana were going to show you that in a second also was burned down you can see theres what down power lines. The biggest concern for firefighters in areas on the hot spots. I saw a few of them, popping up saw some trees, you know start to ignite fall over. Theyve got all that wiring near the air quality is really awful. So thats the main concern for them today with the changing conditions, theyre afraid that theyre going to see more those hot spots are so firefighters will be able to gain even more containing like you mentioned it sounds like they do have some ground and theyre gaining on the fire. But thats main concern today and for a lot of people who still have no idea when theyre going to be able to go back into their homes star and james. Tough to see homes like that burned, thank you very much for the update right now. Still ahead on the kron 4 morning news were going to take a more look at whats been destroyed in the fires and also what people plan to do away as they ponder to rebuild or just these have a chance they set himself up and now theyre just one win away from advancing into the playoffs will have highlights of what happened yesterday when we come back. And 15 is time right now want to get a look at the weather thats the big story is how hot its going to be to john good today, windy tonight, hazy all the way round guys i mean it doesnt matter which web cam youre looking at you can see that that hayes has settled in across the bay, so we do have poor air quality on top of that we do have the hot weather this afternoon. So not the best day to be planning a whole lot outside. There are a couple of pockets where qualities a bit better including right around guerneville in ukiah little better right along the coastline, while mountain view, san jose Fremont Hayward and then especially now pun vacaville looking at less than ideal conditions for spending really any time outside today in the vicinity of the glass fire, some good news overnight in that winds have been calm and temperatures have been cool in this region that is not going to remain unfortunately though daytime highs today are going to skyrocket up into the triple digits for inland areas and that includes the inland north bay, peach areas on the map will be affected by heat advisory starting at 11 00am last until 08 00pm tonight. Then comes the evening wind speeds starting to increase and thats where fire danger comes into play with red flag warnings taking effect late today lasting through late tomorrow as well be looking at these areas prone to not just the dry conditions that we do have but the hot weather today and then the strong winds tonight we may be calm right now, but winds will gradually pick up especially late this afternoon and through the evening tonight, a very breezy evening for the north bay winds gusting as high as 25 to 35 Miles Per Hour. So the winds tonight after the heat today, 90s back in play for mission in financial districts in San Francisco, definitely more comfortable as youd expect right along the coastline while we will be looking at 90s for most bayside areas burlingame up to 99 saying carlos and detail and woodside all in the triple digits, upper 90s to low triple digits in the south bay today and for the east bay likely to see records broken across the board dublin pleasanton up at one 02 each while the creek and concord at one 04 oakland berkeley, richmond and vallejo all in the 90s well surrounding cities, mostly triple digits. Now sonoma yacht bill included in that right around the glass fire. Petaluma santa rosa and nevado each at one 04 today. Now tomorrows temperatures may not be as hot as 2 days, but we will still be seeing red flag warnings in effect for much of tomorrow as conditions remain dry temperatures hot just not as high. And then we also see winds remaining with us and Early Morning hours tomorrow saturday into sunday is when you really start to notice relief and by sunday through the rest of next week, its back to the 80s inland we go with 70s for most bayside areas so there is something to look for too. Robin all right, thank you john that we are checking in on the traffic and starting off with the Golden Gate Bridge this time around which is very quiet by the way so were looking good between the north bay. And San Francisco, heres a live. Look you know sometimes its just covered in fog and you cant even see that our. This morning, were fine 20 minutes nevado to San Francisco. Heres the bay bridge. This is whats left of your morning commute and whats left of a stall big rig. We had one in San Francisco over on the skyway and that added to the slow traffic coming in so it is improving, its going take a little more time to clear out still flowing go from west grand sell 16 minutes to make it in and a lot of traffic on northbound one oh one the james lick and the northbound central freeway in San Francisco. No problems there, but you see from the beginning to the end of the northbound central. It is just packed right now working their way to city streets for good on 6. 80 no problems on the nimitz 23 minutes from to 38 to 37. In the buzz so years saying theres a chance. Closed over now the foolish white sox trying to rally in the 9th with bases loaded. But says not today white sox not today oakland through jose of out at first base to seal a 5 to 3 last we one who saw it matters wasnt wasnt comfortable. You know we did just enough offense way to win. You know bass it was terrific. Just get few runs of them. Makes it sound easy done it at the wild card series will be decided today at the coliseum first pitch is at noon winner advances to the American League division series. Lloyd is fitting for the raiders to because they admit it was dumb and against the rules to mingle with no masks, players raise plenty of money for charity. But the video shows nobody raising a mask. The country club in nevada has already been fined 2000 bucks for hosting a 100 people when the cap in that state is 50 and now the players could face much steeper fines of 15 grand apiece from the nfl weve been doing our very best and we had a few moments where we. We slipped up took the masks off. So people can see our face and things like that and we werent perfect. But we were trying our best to what we were trying to be careless or reckless last it was addressed with our players. They walked in with their masks on there is an event sometimes you go to a restaurant to take your mask off. Theyre aware of their mistake. You see the little necklace the gruden has on thats his mask. He says hes doing his best and this is his mask, its a skimpy as the bikini that i used to wear. Im more like John Harbaugh he keeps his cheeks covered. At least he did for most of the game to lee took his gator down to argue a call. Since the stiff fines seem not to be enough. The nfl is now threatening. Draft picks and suspensions. If the mask violations continue. You dont have to tell the fortyniners twice after personally losing a 100 grand. Coach shanahan says no way is he going to let down his guard, this sunday and no way no matter how many times we ask is he going to replace jimmy g with nick mullens. No thats near doesnt exist. But i dont think thats one game either. So free to do jimmys team hes been held the job for us and hes healthy blaming him for us. The niners will host the Philadelphia Eagles sunday at levis covid has knocked out the titans but not the vikings several tennessee players tested positive after their game and then again so the titans steelers game this sunday has been postponed, but the vikings came up clean, so they get to reopen the facilities today and they play the texans on sunday. So far so good for the lakers arent you glad. Just kidding who cares about the nba finals will we would if the warriors were in the bubble. Instead a bubble. Wrap. But alas its lebron and Anthony Davis who was everything lakers fans had hoped for by the way the brow was unstoppable in game one pouring in 34 points lebron added 25 and the lakers beat the heat, one 16 to 98 to add injury to insult they hed suffered several injuries. And jimmy butler rolled his ankle but he did remain in the game game 2 is tomorrow night if you care, ill be busy friday nights in front well the glass fire destroyed a santa rosa couples home only rubble and ash are that all thats left really is the fire. Trust swept through here you can see video of them as they were assessing the damage. The couple says they got out all right. But they have no Fire Insurance and while some families dont want to rebuild in the north bay because of the continued wildfire threats this couple says well they cant imagine living anywhere else. I dont know. Theres a whats going to happen you have to start all over and stir over unpaid it was like part of me is gone. Im going to put the fire. Everything we. You you are. Then we made here. Is go that stuff the couple says their landlord will get a trailer for them to live in. Well a new home is being rebuilt on that property. Coming up on the kron 4 morning news more fire danger on the way as red flag warnings are set to take effect this afternoon weve got Team Coverage on everything you need to know. Regarding that well be right back. Lets talk about floors. Floors for toddlers. Floors for toys. Floors for stories. Floors for screams. Let us floor you at lowes with new ontrend floors, lighting and easy install. Welcome back lets get back to the developing story which is everything the red flag warning the heat, the fire the power alert in the bay area smoke. Its all combining to a perfect are very in perfect storm for all those people who are suffering from the fires and the air quality and Everything Else were going to by taking a look at the power alert here in the bay area kron 4 Sarah Stinson on that story for us this morning live in concord with more on what we all need to know sarah. Its actually still not that hot, its pretty cool out not bad, but its expected to be about 104 degrees its supposed to be some high winds coming in this afternoon and that is causing a Red Flag Alert to go into a police now take a look at your screen you can see the areas of the bay area that are affected which is pretty much the whole bay area, especially though the glass fire region thats burning in the north bay and thats going make a difficult fight for firefighters. The east bay hills and Santa Cruz Mountains all areas that have been affected by fires in the last month or so the last time we saw a red flag warning. But when the glass fire erupted over the weekend. So now more than ever its time to take this serious these warnings mean that conditions are intense and theyre causing 4 fire concerned there are going to be northwest winds of 10 to 20 Miles Per Hour with gusts of 20 to 30 Miles Per Hour. Theres a very dry conditions throughout the bay area with low humidity which is a recipe for a wildfire. Take a look right now there is a lot of haziness in the sky above conquered walnut creek over by martinez, i mean it is hey easy outside air quality not the best not grade. So we have bad air quality we also have those dry conditions we have hot temperatures high winds. I mean all of these combined caused concern so they want to make sure that the power alert that they have just put in place they want to make sure that you can serve energy take a look at your screen. The power alert goes into effect at 3 oclock today and youre being asked to do these things to your thermostat you have one to 78 degrees turn off unnecessary lights. Close blinds and drapes to keep your home cool and dont use major appliances like a dishwasher washing machine after 03 00pm until 10 00pm Everybody Needs to do their part to make sure we conserve energy so that way we dont have Power Outages which would be a pain because they need those fans when it gets really really hot. So lets do the best we can today to help out for now reporting live in concord Sarah Stinson kron 4 news all right, thanks sarah. So john she said its not caught quite yet. And were getting there slowly getting there slowly. Unfortunately guys we still have a few more minutes where conditions are again not all right for us at least later on today, no one is going to be saying its not because it is going to be our hottest afternoon that weve seen in a while and likely to be a record breaker across the bay looking outside from timber on skies are really hazy overhead you can see just a very thin marine layer, not amounting to though more of what youre seeing is hayes than anything else far as fire danger goes we are going to see winds kicking up later in the day today and thats where red flag are becoming an issue we will be looking at hot conditions this afternoon and thats thise heat advisories and peach mixed in with those darker red of the red flag warnings, heat advisories during the day today, red flag warnings later today overnight hours lasting into tomorrow as fire danger remains during overnight hours once those winds pick up. You can clearly see that air quality is no good for most of the bay area just a couple of pockets where we are holding on that either good conditions in guerneville or moderate conditions towards the coast into oakland. The worst of air quality is right around san Jose Vacaville and napa this morning as far as temperatures go yeah, not too bad just yet, 60s and hayward san jose dublin and oakland if it wasnt for the poor air quality and said get out there and enjoy this morning to its fullest in fact pretty cool up in the north bay were in the 50s around of otto in santa rosa. Its been favorable conditions for the firefight overnight for firefighters but not so favorable this afternoon as daytime highs soar humidity remains low and then winds pick up later today, those 3 combined, we know what that means and thats the red flag warnings triple digits, inland 90s by the bay of got the details on what to expect this afternoon in your neighborhood still to come. Robin. All right, thank you john for folks heading into San Francisco. They can expect and improving commuted looks much much better not clear just better so the into San Franciscos all thanks to a stalled out big rig way over on the skyway and that backed up traffic all the way into the oakland maze so that big rigs out of the way now youre averaging 14 minutes into San Francisco, a little sluggish year off and on for west grand up to the toll plaza but not terrible off to 92. We dont have any problems, but yes, its still a crowd at leaving hayward on the flat section of the san mateo bridge you can make it over to the peninsula and under 15 minutes and all problems with this trip on 92 and i just received word of a new crash in oakland, its on the nimitz counter commute directions southbound and 23rd year 2 right lanes are blocked, so that means slow traffic for you leaving downtown oakland for the southbound drive but northbound thats the commute direction and its looking pretty good from san leandro to downtown oakland darya all right, thanks a lot robin lets get back to the big story which is the wildfire that is burning strong winds could blow the flames back into Populated Areas. And we have new numbers on the fire it is burned now more than 56,000 acres and containment has more than doubled from yesterday now it is 5 contained still a long way to go and a lot of homes burned down 288 homes and other structures in napa sonoma counties. Have been burned 26,000 other structures are still. In harms way and threatened by the fire depending on where it moves next well lets take a look at napa county as we continue our Team Coverage of the glass fire this morning. We have a map that shows you where kron fours will tran has been reporting for us this morning just east of calistoga and north of saint helene off summit lake drive. Heres another look now at the fire lines as he sees them. We are on the 2500 block of summit lake drive for about a few miles from downtown angwin and as you can clearly see the fire continues to burn. Cal fire they have been here throughout the night just to monitor the situation. The hillside has been charred its right next to some vineyards this is such a remote area that they actually have to ship water to this location fill up the tanker trucks and then attacked the flames. The flames as long as it stays on the hillside. They can live with it because if the embers fly and leave this location we do know that the winds will pick up as the day moves on that he can possibly kerry those embers down to angwin to calistoga to say to alina to places where people live and work. This fire has been burning throughout the night. They are going to monitor the situation they hope it burns itself out, but they do have water trucks available to them and once that sun really comes up and hopefully the visibility gets a little bit better, they might be able to do some air drops in the meantime they are reaching deep into their tool box which includes heavy equipment, we saw a lots of heavy equipment go up and down this location just to clear off the dry vegetation, the trees. So the fire as it continues to burn does not reach new material. I can tell you air quality is horrible at this time. Fortunately for us its not windy. But hard for the camera to pick up by my mind making i can clearly see the embers flying around extremely smoky conditions. This area is so remote so rugged that you dont even have internet and cell phone signal. At this location. Thank you very much well. Still ahead on the kron 4 morning news just weeks after being evacuated because of the czu lightning fire People Living in the Santa Cruz Mountains now being told to be ready to evacuate again, fred very different reason well explain. And were also monitoring the air quality is will mention it is pretty bad out there and heres a look at where its at its worst you can see portions of the south bay and the east and north bay as well well complete coverage coming up. It feels great to feel at home the morning is the time and its only been a few weeks and some people in the Santa Cruz Mountains were allowed back into their homes after the czu lightning complex fires to see whats left and now theyre being told. They have to be ready to evacuate again and this time its not because of a wildfire. Its because of concerns over possible mudslides and debris flow in the entire czu lightning complex fire zone. You can see all the damage that was done and in areas where vegetation is gone thats where mudslides can happen when heavy rain saturates the ground. Its one thing after another were just hit with multiple. Catastrophes but youre doing the best we can stay here is our own its not leavened bread serious danger of debris flows mudslides landslides. That will come with very little warning after very little rain after a fire this intense. Sir try to get the word out that people should prepare to evacuate. And when that happens that rain driven mudslides can be deadly they killed several people after the 2018 thomas fire in Santa Barbara debris flows can reach avalanche speeds of 30 miles an hour and it doesnt take much to trigger a slide. Well heres a look at todays high temperatures and what well expect this afternoon triple digit heat and really high for some the bottle conquered santa rosa one 04. More on that coming up in a minute. And 44 right now and im bracing for the heat, thought it was hot last night yeah if you had trouble getting to bed. Its going to be worse. I probably tonight right john yes, looking like its going to be even hotter this evening. It certainly is going to be a lot harder today than it was yesterday and noticeably hazy or too early often all this start to october today isnt bringing much, im talking about that is really nice. Berkeley this morning, hazy skies all across the bay and that air quality has suffered significantly overnight into this morning. We are just seeing one pocket of good conditions thats right around guerneville you guys are lucky because pretty much the rest of the bay areas either moderate for very poor and even worse around nap and vacaville, as youd expect. Right near the glass fire which is still burning. We did see calm conditions overnight, relatively Cool Conditions around the blaze. That was favorable for the firefight but thats where the favor ability stops as red flag warnings will commence into the afternoon today lasting through the evening tonight and then heat advisories mixed in impeach will commence around 11 00am this morning until 08 00pm tonight, triple digit heat very low humidity and then winds picking up later today that will last through the evening are concerning for high fire danger all across the region, but especially around the glass fire in the north bay we are calm for the time being and were also relatively cool right now thats not going to last for much longer well we do remain calm into the early afternoon winds will pick up a late in the afternoon lasting through the evening and especially breezy for the north bay where gusts could be as high as 35 Miles Per Hour. Not quite as windy as we were sunday night into monday, but windy enough to cause concern for sure 80s and 90s for most to San Francisco today a little cooler right at the coastline real find respite in the 70s overnight at on terror right at 70 degrees. 90s in a teaser right along the bay shore from one game down to san mateo where you do see some triple digits, south of the san carlos one 02 and woodside at one o 3 temperatures in the south bay upper 90s to low triple digits now today will be a record breaker for many areas likely have a big list of those records broken come the same time tomorrow, san leandro in Castro Valley each at a 100 degrees today oakland at 94 valais how at 95. Well young dylan napa each at one 02 fairfield and vacaville at one o 3. Nearby the glass fire expect triple digit heat this afternoon and that ahead of the breezy evening tonight. Tomorrow, well still have red flag warnings in effect as temperatures will remain hot conditions dry and fairly breezy too by saturday and sunday truly finally being seen with daytime highs falling into the 80s inland and 60s 70s by the bay were going to stay that way for much of next week to so get through these next couple of days, there is definitely light at the end of the tunnel. Robin. Thank you john updating a crash an oakland we have a new location, its on the nimitz but crews actually found it closer to the oak street exit earlier it was reported after 23rd, but theyve issued a Traffic Alert for the nimitz freeway southbound before oak street. We have an injury accident with the 2 right lanes close a Traffic Alert just issued and its really clogging up your commute out of downtown oakland so crawling from 9. 80. And it looks like the northbound side of 80 has a view of the southbound activities so now northbound 80 is stacking up right at the scene as well if you want to get around all of this traffic just hop over to 5. 80 take that instead its moving well in both directions and of course it will help you get around all the slow traffic related to the trouble spot there leaving downtown oakland so keep that in mind here at the bay bridge toll plaza traffic has finally thinned out just a minor weights at the pay gates 13 minutes into San Francisco. So we recovered from those earlier issues and we didnt have any issues on 92, its a little busy but not bad at all youre averaging 17 minutes for the westbound dry from hayward to send the tail james back to you all right robin, thank you at 8. 48 more businesses are being allowed to reopen in the bay area with Contra Costa County moving out of the states most restrictive covid19 tear this week.
