The video shows fletcher time to grab the bat from taylor before fire his taser and gun. A thorough review of the statement of witnesses and involve Police Officers evidence and the review of multiple videos of the shooting. It shows that at the time of the shooting was not reasonable to conclude. Mister Steven Taylor pose an imminent threat of death, a Great Bodily Injury to either officer fletcher or to any one else in the store. Well a civil rights attorney representing the family says the use of deadly force was excessive. They believe the videos captured by people in the store is sufficient evidence for arresting officer. Well happening now in Boulder Creek a do not drink order has been issued after the czu lightning fire destroyed a key pipeline. The fire just swept through the watershed on been lawman mountain owned by the san lorenzo valley water district. The pipe just melted right into the landscape. The do not drink order was issued because of toxins from that melted plastic. We have a very positive results coming back were not showing contamination yet. Good morning james, im glad it worked out this way because we have exactly today being september 3rd exactly 2 months until election day and we have a lot of talk about because we have both their their their campaigns are done at least their their conventions and the first polls are out now gauging Voter Sentiment i want to start out with the broader National Poll the cnn just put out an enemy to break down some battleground polls that have turned out from fox of first the cnn poll again this is the National Poll of likely voters asking who would you be voting for come november and the latest numbers out show that we have i think we can bring that up that we actually biden leading by filing remember last time was about 8 points. So what youre taking that the voters have seen both conventions theyve heard from both other Republican Democratic nominee and theres the pull up on the screen now. So what do we take from this did President Trump do what he needed to do to tighten it and is this i believe the polls have tightened slightly correct. The thing about polls is that theres a margin of error. So theres always going to be a couple points either way. So some people will say well titan others will say well if you would look at the mortuary really hasnt changed that much i think when you look at the margin of error this really hasnt moved to too much i think that in the in the air of 24 7 and. Cable and other kinds of news are out there facebook whatever. Im not too sure how much the convention balances youre going to see from either of them and i dont think any of them really got anything discernible its pretty much backward was what is interesting though is that. Trump change his message to change it to a harvard law and order to act. Sure that biden is actually leading on the issue of law and order now among focus groups theres some concern that. Theres some concern whether joe was joe bidens really serve law and order. Think you saw in his speech in its review of the day. We said he was against looting is against writing it against burning the businesses. I think youll see that message hammered again. A little bit today in kenosha while at the same Time Offering the midst of healing and unity. Hes trying to differentiate himself from the president. Income mobility among all peoples is is diversified so you just cant paint this picture of we have a lily white suburbs and cory booker is going to move black people into your in your neighborhood which is which is exactly what trump has been saying. I dont think thats going to work and i think what. What people care about whether they live in cities and suburbs are in rural areas is the pandemic and and the idea that theres someone there who is going to deal with that mission their loved ones are safe.
