After pieces of evidence were destroyed in the case of Sean Monterrosa the 22 yearold was shot and killed by the Legal Officers last month. In san jose coming in at 59, heres the fog that actually gets but this morning until reaches its zenith about 7 7. 30 by 1015 we still have problems at this morning even little bit on the east bay shoreline certainly at the coast for all of those reasons were going to keep that mention a few leftover scattered clouds and particularly in areas around the coast and i think well see much too great a clearing and some of the valleys out there tuck in the north bay as well. Another type of moisture is some monsoon moisture and the 4 corner states. The body camera video is often pointed at the back seat and not at floyds body on the ground lane can be heard asking if they should roll floyd on his side then saying hes worried about the excited delirium or whatever he checks on his brain which is why this time you can hear bystanders in the video but not see them shouting at the officers to get floyd off the ground lane ask you got one after people yelled to check his pulse. You hear can reply. I cant find one. Its difficult to watch when floyd stops talking and his body goes limp. Theyre still on the ground waiting for the ambulance. You can see floyds face has blood on it would help arrives and then load him onto a stretcher. Lane gets in the ambulance and you see is hands on floyd giving chest compressions he continues and appears to check for a pulse. Lane helped will floyd was being intubated and later adding machine that took over chest compressions.
