We learned the state issued updated guidance dated july 9th prohibiting Outdoor Dining in on various counties, including Alameda County. Less than a month until a new School Year Begins education leaders in oakland say they want to begin the year with at least 4 weeks of Distance Learning. Its just patches of fog hanging out mostly right along the coastline, couple of spots out there in the east bay hills, definitely a lot less coverage of the gray then compared to yesterday to get a notice brighter skies once the sun does come up until you head out right to the immediate coastline where that fog will be pretty steady even into the afternoon now skies are nice and dry. No chances of rainfall in the forecast ahead of us we do have a steady breeze pushing in right along the coastline as well as into the east bay in delta. We are going to see that breeze continuing through the day.
