Plus an hill a curfew for commercial areas from 07 00pm until 05 30am until further notice and santa rosa that citys curfew takes effect a date and again lasting until 05 00am through june 4th. The curfews dont apply to First Responders Law Enforcement people seeking medical help it does not apply to essential city employees, a credentialed media and the homeless.
