And suspects have been targeting this assisted living center, and another on in orinda, too. Multiple retirees who live in aegis living of moraga have become victims of a scheme where Police Believe two people have been sneaking into rooms and stealing checks and credit and debit cards. Went into rooms when our victims were away. The suspects arent aegis employees, and police arent quite sure how they get in, but they know its not through forced entry. The same thing has been happening at a Senior Living place in orinda, too. The fact that these people went into this area and preyed upon these elderly folks, its absolutely its heinous.
