Kroger shooter's chilling admission to cops after he was arrested for live streamed grocery store rampage

The man who opened fire Thursday in Kroger grocery store told police he's 'always wanted to kill somebody.' Richard Klaff, 20, now faces three counts of attempted murder for his livestreamed rampage.
