Amended lawsuit filed by Kristin Smart's parents accuses Susan Flores and her boyfriend, Mike McConville, of helping Ruben Flores relocate her body 
Susan's son, Paul Flores, 44, was charged in April with murdering Smart in May 1996, while his father, Ruben, 80, was accused of hiding the body 
Smart family initially sued only Ruben for intentional infliction of emotional distress, but in May added Susan and McConville as defendants 
Complaint alleges Ruben, Susan and her boyfriend worked under cover of darkness to remove Smart's remains from under Ruben's deck
