Krista Toutant is the director of procurement and demand management for R.D. Abbott Co. Inc. She works with a team that makes sure the company has the right product at the right time. Toutant started in the industry as an assistant to the vice president of sales and the vice president of manufacturing. She saw opportunities to grow, and she now has progressed to a career in management. She also enjoys recruiting and mentoring others to help the rubber industry continue to grow, thrive and evolve.
