Today the trivalley Restaurant Group comprised of 90 owners, got together to come up with a plan to figure out how they can stay in business. We are really, really hurting. We are being decimated. For many it is the last straw. Weve already had groups of restaurants on the brink and this could be the turning point, the thing that pushes them over the edge. Especially when Restaurant Owners say theyve made so many accommodations for Outdoor Dining. They say now you got a do this. Fine we will do that. Then they say thanks for doing all that now you will be shut down for three weeks. Maybe three weeks, lets see what really happens january 4. I dont freaking believe for a minute they will allow us to open. I have no faith. When you feel like youve been wronged, what do you do . You gotta find a way. And the reality is that we may be in defiance of the latest shutdown order. Protesting is still allowed. So there is a thought amongst restaurants that we may need to protest every day, lunch time and dinner time on our patios by serving community. You feel like it is a peaceful protest by say you can actually have your food here on our patio. You will be safer here than you will attend people getting together at somebodys house. This is the estimate from the weather prediction center, they indicate that decent chance of measurable rain, anywhere from quarter of an inch to half an inch of total rainfall, maybe even close to half an inch and some of the coastal mountain ranges.
