These numbers are gravely concerning. The assistant chief medical officer development is sounding the alarm about hospitalizations. Currently there are more than 1900 and the hospital right now, 287 or covid patients. Santa clara county is at 80 capacity, only 44 icu beds remain empty. The number of patients remaining hospitalized continues to rise. We continue to be at risk of exceeding our hospital capacity. As for the vaccine plan, the county is identifying vexing administrators that will manage the supply, track doses and record any adverse reactions. At least five ultracold freezer similar to these have been installed in various county owned facilities while more in order. They will store the doses in temperatures down to 90 degrees fahrenheit. California is calling currently compiling a list were ultra cold storage is available. We are prepared to store and distribute the full volume that we receive. The logistics are enormous. Dr. John schwartzberg says the debate is on about who is next in line, police officers, firefighters, teachers, transit and grocery workers, with comorbidities and so on. As we head into december, the average high temperatures are getting lower and lower so the departure is getting bigger and bigger even as the temperatures stayed steady. Right around 60 degrees along the coast pry temperatures tomorrow. Mostly mid 60s for the south bay with mid to upper 60s for the santa clara valley. Mostly mid 60s for the tri valley with some warmer temperatures on the east side of the diablo range. High temperatures in the low to mid 60s around the central bay and it should be around 63 in San Francisco and 64 in oakland. Mostly mid 60s for the north bay and farther north also reaching into the 60s with a few spots getting a little warmer, into the upper half of the 60s.
