A gilroy man with possible ties to an extremist movement, is accused of making a series of threats against a Santa Clara County health officer. Reporter investigators say they found materials to make explosive devices, as well as 138 weapons. But again, that breeze every day stirs things around. That is the local effect, what we need is a largescale affect like a cold front which we hardly ever get this time of year.
