Not long ago, all warnings for the city of heelsburg were lifted. The nearby walbridge fire which makes up just under a sixth of the over all lnu complex did not grow at all over night. Firefighters were able to strengthen some of the containment lines but its evacuees prepare to head home, officials are urging caution and patience.
